While the food is spectacular, the rude, impatient staff ruins the experience. Since the space is so small, the staff makes you feel like you're imposing by even being there. I will say, our waitress was very nice, and was working extra hard to make up for the horrible attitude of another employee there who seemed more like an owner. Just not a good time, and the food takes an eternity and costs so much. I wish I could like this place, but they need an attitude correction, faster kitchen, and more space.

It doesn't look like much from the outside or the inside, but damn is that burger good. Hand made patties that definitely seem like it's more than 8 ounces. And then the topping choices are insane. I love manchego cheese and have never put it on a burger. I will be from here on out. The fried manchego with peppers and the orange/pineapple/whatever sauce was delicious.

Do not snooze on this spot!

First time eating here. Had a good burger at Turf Club in Cincinnati! Cool vibes in this neon lit burger joint. Our server, Melanie, was friendly and efficient. The filet mignon burger was cooked perfectly, thick and juicy! However, the bacon was way over done. It was black and crumbled off the sandwich. Since I didn't order fries with my burger, they automatically give you ruffles or lays chips. I had two chips and discarded the rest. Not good! The filet mignon chili was excellent by the way as an appetizer. My wife did get fries with her burger but they were plain and with no seasoning. Think plain Walmart fries. ??‍♂️. Is this place worth trying…yes. Would I go back…yes!!! With different choices of course. Actually, I could take it or leave it. The burger was so good but the rest is what hurts this place. Also, $70 for two to eat with one appetizer was a tad pricey but still had a good experience overall.

It's not a bad place but I agree with some of the other reviews, it is a bit expensive for burgers served on paper plates and plastic cutlery. The staff and service was good, and the food, well, they're burgers. Spent $85 on two cheese burgers w/ fries and O-rings, filet burger w/ O-rings , kids chick finger w/ fries and sodas, before tip. Overall I Wasn't impressed for the price

Kid-friendliness: Came with a 3 year old and two teenagers. Had a kids menu, although it's unfortunate they don't have a kids burger/slider option. Was offered a coloring sheet and crayons for the toddler.

Interesting place! Charming, but no parking, and a little pricey. My kids loved the burgers. Mine was good, but I'm not a huge burger fan.

Pretty famous Cincinnati burger, featured on TV and several YouTube critics. Servers were really friendly, people are in and out so even if they are busy its not that long of a wait. Food was good, I went with just a simple cheese burger and fries being my first time there. Food was prepared well, a little over seasoned for me, but I can understand all the hype about this place, I mean good burger and bar joint that feels like your in an old small town mom and pop spot what more could you ask for?

This place is fun from the moment you walk in the door. Service was awesome. I love going to places where the people working seem to love their job. Great food and experience. We will be back.

Overrated and overpriced. $50 for 2 burgers that were way over salted. Literally taking bites of salt. Buns were stale and crumbling. This place isn't what it use to be under the new ownership. No thanks

I saw someone on Facebook who travels and rates places and he said one of the top 5 burgers in the country is right here in Cincinnati so since I had try it. Yep, it was great! The burgers are HUGE and thick, juicy and cooked and seasoned to perfection. So many to choose from or order up your own creation. Very filling, the staff was great, the cook/chef really loves what he does and was outstanding as well as the ladies who took care of me. Limited parking but it's one of those little places you need to check out if you want a great burger.
