My friend and I took our families here , greatest mistake of our life. Not only that we waited 80 minutes ( yes you are reading it right, an hour and 20 minutes) to realize that we were being discriminated by the person at the entrance. We'll never set foot at this chain. We just left with 4 hungry kids for the BBQ next door.

Bring on the MEATS!! My family and I love this place. Yes it's pricey. However it's well worth it from time to time!

With having a reservation my party of five still had to wait 45 min.

They placed us in a back corner to be forgotten, our server gave terrible service to our table and on a few meat passages they turned left and never came back to our table. The meat was extremely salty which made the service even more awful as our water ran out several times and the wait for refill was unacceptable. We ended up declining to wait any longer for terrible service when the dessert tray FINALLY made it to us and we asked for our check.

This is a nice higher end restaurant that is still casual enough to enjoy it. First and foremost the steak and the multiple meat choices are fantastic. I did not leave hungry or disappointed. The price is a little more than I usually like to spend for a steak dinner ( about $75.00 a person including gratuity but that is with no alcoholic drinks ). The service was excellent! We went on a week night and got well taken care of. My only complaint is that some of the Gauchos ( meat servers ) were chewing gum when walking around with the skewers. I know that is petty but it is still a strike for me. All in all, I will go again and I will recommend this to my friends and family

Staff were awesome. Food was excellent. First time at a Brazilian steak house. Wish I had gone to one sooner!

The entire meal was great. Service was excellent. With it being multiple meats I found that most of them I liked but there were a couple that I tried and didn't care for. A bit on the expensive side but worth it.

This place was super busy but still really good. We made a reservation but had to wait upon arrival for about 30 minutes, which seems totally acceptable. The food was AMAZING! I ate so much and wanted to eat so much more. We had a great waiter, Wade, who knew a lot about wines. The overall experience was exceptional and I would highly recommend this restaurant for any and all occasions.

We discovered this restaurant originally in Lexington Kentucky which we visited several times and felt it was well worth the 3 hour drive round trip. So you can imagine we were thrilled to know they opened one slightly closer to us in Cincinnati. We decided to purchase the VIP card so we can share the experience by bringing friends that never been there. So I made a reservation for our first visit to the Cincinnati location for my husband's birthday and invited friends that were very excited to try this place that we rant and raved about. Telling them about the never ending meat coming to the table. So we get there and we went and filled a plate at the salad bar and brought an extra plate eagerly awaiting for the meat fest to start like we experienced at the Lexington location. We sat and waiting a good 30 minutes before 1 guy came around with some rib roast. We ate that and our friends looked at us and said.... when does the meat fest begin???? A little while longer another guy came around and offered spicy steak. Then again the long wait....we were so embarrassed that our friends asked us why this wasn't turning out how we described, so I went to the greeting desk and asked the woman, What's going on with the meat not coming around. She said she heard someone mentioned there was an issue with the meat coming out. So as the night went on we started getting quite aggravated and decided we will not be back to this location and kept reassuring our friends that it wasn't like this at the Lexington location and we should have made the extra drive to go there. So basically we paid a large amount of money to fill up on salad bar. This was quite disappointing. Then to top it off....we felt very disrespected when 2 young men, who appeared to be friends of employees there, because they came in not in uniform but went into the kitchen to speak with some employees there, they stood there and made fun of us making rude comments about us, while we were smoking outside on the mezany. This made us very uncomfortable and my husband was going to speak up and say something to them however I reminded him this was his birthday celebration and we were with friends and it's best to just ignore this situation to avoid any conflict. On top of all that, our waitress could not understand us at all. I'm not trying to be mean because she tried her best, she really did, but I asked for lemon for my water and she brings me a glass full of lime wedges. Overall the experience is not the quality of the Lexington location and we were not only very disappointed but embarrassed we set the standards so high for our friends for their first experience there to be disappointed as well. We will go the extra drive for the Lexington location in the future.

The great thing about Texas De Brazil is the opportunity to try several meats that are absolutely delicious without commitment. If something isn't what you expected you get to try something else and you can eat as much as you feel comfortable with. Service is top notch along with a salad bar extras . The Cincinnati location is slightly smaller than some across country but is still an excellent dining experience. The desserts are varied and tasty top off to the experience. We have been to 5 different locations and never been disappointed.

The food quality was fantastic. However, our parties table was in a little back alcove. Many of the serves continuously skipped us or simply never came over.

Mykel (*sp) was awesome. We have been here a couple of times now and it is exactly what you expect from a Brazilian steak house. Meat comes to the table and is cut off the sword. You can have as much as you'd like. There is an excellent salad bar with cheese, peppers, and other cold items. The hot bar has beans and rice and tonight lobster bisque and potatoes au gratin. Don't sleep on the leg of lamb, it was a winner.

Had a reservation at 5pm and doors were not unlocked until almost 10 min after 5.
We were the first ones in and let them know we had a 5pm reservation. We didn’t get sat for almost 10 more minutes for some reason.. after being sat, our server Jen didn’t come to the table for another 10 minutes, even though we could see her at the host stand. Thankfully at least, a different guy came and got us started with water and assured us the server should be up soon.
Food was decent but the long wait on my second beer and the about 20 minute wait during the checkout process really had me disappointed in this visit. Been here a couple times before and service was pretty good, but probably won’t be back if service continues to be this poor.

I am just leaving an honest review. THIS WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE THUSFAR!! This was my first time at Texas de Brazil, and I must admit this was a top notch experience. Everything from the food to the overall atmosphere was really great. SPECIAL SHOUTOUT TO MIKE! I truly believe this experience would not have been any better if it had not been for the hospitality we received from Mike. He was very professional, committed, and relatable with our table. This has been an amazing experience. We will certainly be back and ask for Mike each time.

I will first off say we had reservations at 6:45, we weren't seated until after 7, but no big deal. The set up of this restaurant is a disaster. I have been to many of these and the salad bar is next to the hostess station. We were set in the far back of the restaurant, so dogging people with your plate from the salad bar was insane.
We got there and were greeted by Ariel. Her service was subpar. We had to constantly ask for our drinks to be refilled. It was my husband's birthday and I mentioned this to her in passing. She just looked at me. I mean I just dropped $200 for dinner, a piece if cake at the end of our meal would have been nice. We never got clean plates after our salad and saw many tables walking back up to the salad area to retrieve clean plates for dinner. I felt like we had to continue to ask for things from our waitress that were clear to be had. They need a little improvement.
