we came here on a Monday night from the time we walked in the experience was bad. the girl who sat us down didn't even say yo can follow me when taking us t a seat i was wondering if she was checking to make sure the table was ready until i seen her put our silverware down and walk away. we sat down and waited about 10-15 mins before any waitress ever came over to speak to us when someone finally came her her attitude was bad from the time she opened her mouth she took our dink order and we only ordered waters it took another 10 minutes before she returned with our waters, after sitting our waters down on the tale she id not take our food order right away or even ask if we wanted to order she instantly went to the next table did not return for about 15 more minutes while we sat and watched her get snippy with customers coming in to place orders and pick up doordash . when she finally came and took our order she seemed very rushed we asked for a appetizer and once that came out it was placed on the table and we didn't have any appetizer plates until i had to ask for some. when it was time for our food to come out it came out at different times and one thing i ordered never even made it to our table. we mentioned to our server that our wings were not good and that our food did not come out together she didn't acknowledge what we said about our food and service being poor. we paid our bill and left. 'i tried to call and speak to a daytime manager about our experience and "sammie" was very dismissive to me on the phone and said it was noting she could do about the quality of our food even after i informed her we told the server with the bad attitude. she offered to mail me a $15 gift card even though our bill was $60 but failed to ask my name so I'm sure I will never get that gift card. MORAL OF THE STORY! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION AND WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY THE FOOD QUALITY AND SERVICE IS POOR! THEY DON'T CARE THAT YOU HAVE TO SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY FOR POOR SERVICE FROM THEIR STAFF.
BTW the rude server/bartenders name was Laura i believe she was also the Manager on duty for the night.

Service was terrible the night I went with friends. The place was almost empty, but after waiting 30 minutes the five of us finally got our water. I was aggravated by this point and chose not to get anything to eat. The manager got involved and things sped up. It was a bad experience. Obviously I won't be going back to this location.
