I went to this place for Grill Cheese and tomato soup. It’s served only on Fridays. I arrived at 1pm. I waited in line patiently. Three people were ahead of me. I placed my order at 1:05pm I was told the grill shuts down at 1pm. The purple haired manager said Grill shuts down at 1pm and was matter of fact and could really care less. I live in Mt. Adams and frequent this place three to four times a week. Not anymore. I figured out who the owner is and when I see him I will tell my customer service experience. I am sure he’s heard this kind of complaint before. I have big mouth and I plan on boycotting the place and telling everyone I meet my customer service experience.

I came in and bought a smoothie the smoothie tasted horrible I threw it away and left the place was dirty and they had nothing to eat besides Pastries! When I came for a chicken wrap! Save your money and go elsewhere

Cute place with a good amount of indoor seating. Outdoor patio is also available in the warmer months. I love a place that gives a whole pot of tea instead of just a cup! My avocado toast was very okay but my friend said the breakfast burrito was great! They also had small pastries and sweet treats in the case. Multiple tables open even at Sunday at 10am. Staff was also lovely.

The coffee was overdue with no space to add cream and consequently spilled all over when picked up. The waffles were topped with frozen strawberries just out of the freezer and the syrup was cold. The breakfast sandwich was fine but I regretted getting it with the avocado which was cold. In fairness I should say we were the first customers and perhaps all that would have fixed in self as time passed and things got to at least room temperature.

Delicious, affordable coffee with friendly staff, clean atmosphere that has plenty of seating. I really enjoyed my caramel latte. They also serve food and alcohol, but I didn't try any of that.
Bowtie I am BEGGING you to put less milk in your lattes. Especially with the iced lattes, there’s so much milk that it just tastes like milk. That’s it. I’ve ordered it with less milk and it’s 1000% better. You can’t taste the coffee or flavoring. Please I love the rest of this place so much but this is my biggest and most consistent complaint! Maybe decrease the cup size.
