I’ve wanted to try this place for a while! Disappointing service!!! the tall guy cashier is so dismissive and impatient!! Sad I really think this is a cute idea. The girl w dark long curly hair was so sweet and friendly! Foods overpriced. Coffee, awful!! Wow why is it so bad?? Another white woman server w dark hair, was so grouchy and spreading her energy around. For such a lovely area, the service needs to improve! Food is good!!

We came here after mass at Holy Cross Immaculata. It's a short and pleasant walk over. The breakfast Burrito was phenomenal; I loved the flaky, crispy tortilla, and the chorizo was delicious. Our coffees were also very tasty and fairly priced. The atmosphere is perfect for getting work done or socializing. Thanks!

We saw the soup of the day was potato, according to the sign, and ordered two with sandwiches. The woman at the counter wasn't friendly. The soup we got was chicken and dumplings, which was quite thick and salty. When my husband mentioned something to the staff, there was an argument between two workers concerning who left the sign up on the counter. My husband then ordered an espresso and I was disappointed they had him pay for it after the soup mess up. The espresso was acrid so, unfortunately, we didn't have an enjoyable visit.

I moved to Cincinnati a year ago and this is one of my favourite places! Friendly, which matters most to me. Great cappuccinos, also very important. And quality food. It gets a little noisy, but nothing really to complain about.
I would recommend this place to people new to Cincinnati or those just looking for somewhere new.

1 BOOM for the soup (chicken & dumpling)
Not going to call out who/when but management can use this as a training moment. Last couple times I have gone, my CC statement shows a 15% tip was added to my coffee order when I was not displayed the tipping option.
Other times I have gone, I am given the option to tip on the card. However, it seems the employee auto tipped for me

I went to this place for Grill Cheese and tomato soup. It’s served only on Fridays. I arrived at 1pm. I waited in line patiently. Three people were ahead of me. I placed my order at 1:05pm I was told the grill shuts down at 1pm. The purple haired manager said Grill shuts down at 1pm and was matter of fact and could really care less. I live in Mt. Adams and frequent this place three to four times a week. Not anymore. I figured out who the owner is and when I see him I will tell my customer service experience. I am sure he’s heard this kind of complaint before.
I have big mouth and I plan on boycotting the place and telling everyone I meet my customer service experience.

Great coffee and breakfast items. Sit inside or out... Lovely spot in Mount Adams.
Simple, easy going, clever and delicious. What you want, how you want it. No frills 697 do not need. Comfortable seating. Order at counter and sizable portions too. Not too much - not too little;-(

Charming coffee shop with a calm, welcoming vibe. The lattes were smooth and expertly made, while the everything bagel breakfast sandwich hit the spot with great flavor. A delightful place that’s definitely worth a stop if you’re in the area.
