The food was very good and the service was outstanding. My main complaint is the pricing. There's no universe in which a cheesecake is worth $70. Other than that, it was great.

The cheese cake wasn't good at all and even the strawberries didn't taste good ...all the time going here never had a bad cheese cake but this time it was terrible

We were seated at probably the worst location that had a partition at our side and a wall on the other side with the restroom entrance behind the booth.

It was one of our favorite go-to restaurants years ago. My favorite has always been the chicken madeira. It used to have large pieces of very tender asparagus over the top. Now, they use the extremely skinny asparagus that you can barely see. What a disappointment.

The sourdough bread’s crust was so hard it couldn’t be cut with a knife, broken off, or chewed. The brown bread was delicious.

Our server was great.

We won’t go back.

The food was phenomenal to say the least( got the stuffed mushrooms, mac n cheese balls and the spaghetti as unfortunately I did not like the chicken medieve sauce they replaced it thankfully and didn't charge, for dessert i got the new very cherry cordral cheesecake), the service was awesome and it was so beautiful inside

Only thing bad about the place it was too cold very cold other than that very beautiful place

Visited the Factory off of Kenwood. I loved that you could access it without a mall entrance.

Very clean and very few people were there before lunch.

The hostess was nice and bright with her
orange glitter eye shadow and matching shirt.

Our server was nice and patient as we read through the infamous Cheesecake Factory menu which is an entire book.

I ordered the grilled Salmon with asparagus and corn. Because I didn't get the mashed potatoes and broccoli, I had to pay about a 4.00 upcharge.

My grandson settled with fish tacos. They
were grilled and served with cilantro, avocado, rice and black beans. They were both delish!

Always a pleasant experience at this chain. My first time at the one here in Ohio but I'd definitely return.

Great place to eat! We went with our pastor after service and the atmosphere was great

Wonderful drinks as always, attentive bartender....BUT we took home a salad-Sheila's chicken and avocado...? Who got our cashews...none on mine, who got the other half of my chicken and avocado...hardly any,DRESSING SMELLED LIKE SKUNK....REALLY, didnt taste much better either. This is a main entree salad for $19.95...EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!

My family felt like royalty. Our Sever Kristen K or kk was amazing from the start . She was a tentative to us and made sure we always had drinks and made sure everything was taste and fine and made my kids laugh. We really appreciate this experience and I will make sure to send all the customers I sell cars to at White Allen Chevrolet to this location!!

The food is usually good but seems the quality has gone down severely. My wings and fries were cold and way too salty to eat. The calamari was cold as well. They use to pay attention to details but I guess hey no longer do that. Not sure if I'll return.

I ordered the grilled chicken avocado club sandwich and it was excellent. My significant other ordered french toast and it was excellent as well. All & all a great brunch.
