We were there for my Aunt's Birthday. It was great. The food was fresh and delicious although they were very busy we were taken care of quickly. My alcoholic drink was perfect. The portion sizes of the food was great and the prices were on point. Thanks Bianca for your great service. My only complaint is that my carryout slice of cheesecake was small, but it was delicious ?.

I had my first and only dining experience at The Cheesecake Factory about eight years ago, and unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. The food was overwhelmingly salty to the point where I found myself needing to wash down each bite with water. This was surprising, given the restaurant’s popularity and the rave reviews I’ve heard from others. Because of this experience, I’ve been hesitant to return, especially considering the price point. While I understand this might have been an isolated incident, it left a lasting impression that has kept me from giving it another try.

Service was excellent, but food was not very good for the price. My husband's pasta was swimming in oil and both of our food was heavily over seasoned. We ordered the lesser priced items on the menu and our bill still came to over $110 for the two of us.I loved the fancy factor, but it was too dark to see your food very well and I was surprised that they lay your silverware on the tables ahead of time instead of wrapping them in a napkin. Not really a germaphobe, but I kept thinking about how unsanitary that is because people could've sneezed of coughed on the table that wasn't cleaned very well.Maybe my expectations were a little too high for CCF, but overall just left feeling dissapointed and probably won't eat there again. :/

I was here this past Saturday. The service seems to have gone down the last couple times I've been here. l'm here often because it's convenient when I'm shopping at Kenwood for a quick bite, but I'm going to have to reconsider. Or at least stay away on the weekends. I always sit at the bar because I can get a seat quickly, but for some reason the bartender Lisa (I think that's her name with the glasses) seemed upset and overworked yesterday. The guy that took over for her once she left Brandon wasn't much better. The food was good though. I just wish I could have got my extra snow peas that I asked for multiple times. I don't mind paying to get what I want.

The food was very delicious. I had the fish and chips... Beautiful presentation and delicious white fish. Of course, the chocolate truffle cake is fantastic. The service was a bit slow, but our waitress was really nice and attentive. It was a great dining experience. Thank you!!Kid-friendliness: Nice variety of kid friendly items. The grilled cheese was huge. My grandson loved it!

It's absolutely fabulous. Best place for an engagement dinner! Ask for Zack.Vegetarian options: Ask her, I'm the carnivore. Avocado tacos is what I'd call them. Better than my steak.Parking: It's a mall. Everything else was closed.
