Just an all around really bad experience. Cheesecake was warm, and probably not food safe, and the teller was

Place is super cute and the cheesecake it’s phenomenal! The lattes are really really sweet (we tried the seasonal flight). It’s a cute idea totally in there. I think the owner was in serving us and she was great too. There is no place to sit and eat but outside (with it being Ohio you can bet it’s a 50/50 chance it’ll be nice enough lol). Worth a stop in for sure!

I wish it cost less. However, the cheesecake brownie is to die for.

We hired The Cheesecakery for our wedding and it was one of our best decisions! Stacy worked with me directly every step of the way and made the whole process so easy. She answered every question and was flexible with when we got her the final guest count-even going as far as to help us out while she was on her vacation. They let us completely customize the cake design and the mini cheesecake cupcakes were a hit with all of our guests. The delivery process went flawlessly, and I loved being able to provide a variety of desserts for everyone while maintaining a clean and elegant look for the dessert table. I would absolutely recommend booking The Cheesecakery for your wedding!

I absolutely love the Cheesecakery! I do miss the old location, just because of how adorable it was inside, and I miss all the breakfast options, but still love to visit and get coffee and baked

I came here on my birthday, excited for a lil birthday treat... I got 3 cheesecake cupcakes, 2 seasonal and 1 original... 1 of them was delicious, 1 of them had a hair on it, and the original one tasted sour and spoiled/curdled.

I really like this places coffee and their cheesecakes are such a treat! My issue with this place is that you can’t walk in and order a drink and get it with your dog. It’s actually quite sad because I live in the area and pass by it walking my dog but if i’m alone I cannot go in and get a coffee. Their mobile ordering is what they suggested when i brought up this but it’s awful and I barely see a difference of online ordering and going into grab it with my dog vs ordering in person.. I totally understand if you have a dog going back outside once you have your drink and not sticking around. I also understand food and health safety with dogs however they should really come up with a better option as I would love to spend money here. (Maybe the ice cream window serving iced coffee?) Mad Llama down the road has had no problems with me coming into order with my dog as long as I go back outside when I get the drink. I have taken the further sketchier walk to Mad Llama a few times because of the cheesecakerys lack of ability to accommodate dog owners. I hope to see this issue get resolved because I think they will get even more business and stimulate Madisonville further if single dog owners could order here. Another issue surrounding dogs, I would love to try their ice cream place. But my dog is so scared of the blow up thing they have twirling around infront of the shop. Wondering when that will get taken down as a resident of madisonville it has interfered with my daily walks and has become an annoyance.

Visited this morning - I love this place but I don’t get to go often because I live in Sharonville & it’s a little far from me. But I will be making specials trips down here when I can. Listen, the lemon berry bar is out of this world. I hope they never discontinue it. I may special order a tray in the future if that’s an option. And the staff went above and beyond to help me. This is the kind of small business that I love supporting. ?

My husband and I really liked our coffees ! He got the salted Carmel popcorn and I got an iced white chocolate with the sweet cold foam . They were good ! I liked that it had a little kids area with books as that kept my boys entertained while waiting for our drinks . There were two things that were disappointing that resulted in lower ratings… the first is that EVERY flight board for the cheesecakes were dirty and sticky . We went through a couple and saw not one was clean . And we went soon after this shop was opened so it’s not like they were just dirty for the day . The other thing is that while our coffees were delicious we both did not get to finish them as both of our cups got cracks in them while just holding them … if it were just one of our cups that got cracks okay but it was both …. That was just disappointing. I say still go here and get a good drink but be cautious of the disposable cups bc you don’t want to get drenched in coffee like me and my husband didKid-friendliness: Bookshelf for kids

Cute little cheesecake/ bakery shop with a variety of cheesecake flavors in a cupcake form, and also carry other small treats as well. I tried strawberry crunch, Pineapple upside down, chocolate chip cookie dough and cookies and cream. I enjoyed them all

Came to this place twice, the first time was not a bad experience, but the second experience made a pretty easy decision to not come back. My lady and I waited for about an hour only to receive 1/3 of our order that was wrong, going up to check twice and to find out the other half wasn’t even started. The place could definitely be ran in a different manner. Again, food was good the first time we went, but that second experience was pretty negative. Seems to be very busy regularly so you’d think they’d have their ops down, but that wasn’t the case for us.

I love the bagel sandwiches and seasonal lattes! The cheesecakes are delicious too! I’ve never had anything I didn’t like. If you come on a weekend morning, be prepared to wait, but I think it’s completely worth it. Staff is always friendly!

First time at The Cheesecakery! I got the Creme Brulee latte and my girlfriend got the Buckeye latte, both were perfect for what each enjoy. We also got a breakfast burrito each, goetta and bacon. The Goetta burrito was one of the best breakfast items I've ever had! From the bakery, we got tiramisu and the Salted Caramel cheesecake, both were so good! Loved the atmosphere and employees, we'll be back for sure!
