I could stay here all day and still not get bored. The selection of sweets is Neverending. They have such a wonderful selection of Cheesecake cupcake size desserts. Not to mention the flavored coffes and iced coffees, macaroons, cookies, brownies, rice krispy treats, sodas, etc. This place is sweet tooth heaven. Beautifully decorated, nice tables to enjoy your treats, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I can't wait to come back. I discovered this place because of the Too Good To Go app. They off a set of 4 surprise flavors for a discounted price to reduce waste. Love that so much. We picked up or surprise treats and a few extra to die for flavors as well.

Becca was so personable, she went out of her way to check on our group multiple times to ask if we needed refills or to add anything else. She also made some great drinks and even suggested something for our next visit! I hope she is here more often! The hot chocolate with honey cold foam was delicious and a combination I would not of thought of.

I will be back! Lydia was so nice and patient. She took our order and smiled as our toddler walked/ran around looking at the wall of mirrors and giggling. The cheesecake is good, the decor is fun, and I’m happy to see a small business on Beechmont again.

Absolutely terrible service! We came in at 7:20 I followed the employee that was standing outside in, she had an attitude like “now I got to work”…. When asking about a coffee drink she said not to get my hopes up because she was already cleaning because she would have a ride otherwise. I said we will go ahead and go so we wouldn’t be on the way and left. She then came outside and said she was happy to serve us but we were cause ing the issues, we said that’s ok, she Then said “don’t come back!” I said not to worry, it was the first and last time!
Update, I ended up getting a message from the employee basically harassing me because she claims she lost her job because of me, obviously this wasn’t her first complaint if this is true, after looking at other reviews it appears not her first run in with customers. Hate to inform her that she did this to herself, and she claims it didn’t happen the way stated but it did, I’m sure the cameras would back up our story…
Last update: I change my score to 5 stars because the owner did reach out to me and sent a gift card for a return visit after letting us know that she eliminated the issue. We believe in small businesses and I appreciate that she acted quickly and swiftly showing that she cares for her customers, we will give them another shot!

I really enjoyed the desserts at the Cheesecakery. They were very pretty and high quality. I will say they were on the sweeter side of cheesecake in terms of taste, so if you are a fan of that then you are going to love this place. Staff was polite and mindful of allergies so I felt comfortable eating here. Check them out!

While the cheesecake is good, they require 72 hours to prepare a plain cheesecake with buttercream icing (no exceptions). They require you to order ONLINE only and will not take an order in store. The in-store selection only offers small cheesecakes without any type of special decorations. Guess I need to find another cheesecake location
