As usual the food was delicious. We love the chicken, and mac'n' cheese. Unfortunately the service tonight was not very good. We were not given silverware or napkins when seated. Our appetizer came out and we basically had no way to eat it. I had to go up to the hostess stand to get silverware as there was no server in sight. We ending up using our plates for the appetizer so they were dirty, when the runner brought our food, he just dropped it off and ran, not a word. I had to ask for clean plates. They did finally bring plates but still no server in sight. Our drinks were empty, after about half our food was gone, the server finally came by and checked but still did not say she'd get us refills, we actually had to ask. We'll be back but hopefully, the server has a better day next time.

Phenomenal experience as always!! They were able to accommodate me last minute, the service was great as always. It was pretty late so it felt like we had the entire place to ourselves “which my date really liked”. The food and drinks were amazing. Overall 10/10 Highly recommend

Granted we ate at 9:30PM, but the food was not fresh, but tasted like it came out from under a heat lamp. The mac and cheese was good, but the fried chicken was some of the worst I have eaten. Would probably not go back.

We ordered a blt sandwich to share and there just wasnt much chicken on it . Very disappointing didn't want to complain We were hoping it was a mistake bc we have loved the food there before

We highly recommend The Eagle OTR!!! The food was amazing and the service was great. We were in town for an early birthday celebration for my husband and the hostess said Happy Birthday as soon as our reservation was ready and he also received a birthday treat❤️❤️❤️

Where do I start? We had a reservation after a sporting event and when we got inside, we had to wait about seven minutes to be seated for our reservation. We were finally seated and had to wait about 10 minutes for the waiter to come because he had a bigger table next to us. He was very nice asking that we give him a minute which we understood. After taking our order it took quite some time for our food to come. It was four of us total and we received three of the meals and my Wife's chicken sandwich never showed up. We gave it a few minutes but by then my wife started eating off of our plates. There was never any mention of her food until I  said something to our waiter Zach, who seemed very surprised that it never came out and looked at his little machine to see if he had properly placed it. He then said yes, it was ordered. I don't know why it didn't come out. He was nice about it but I just feel like more should have been done. I also forgot to mention that I spilled my lemonade due to the tables not being the same size and asked for assistance and was given a towel to clean up my drink. I had to ask for another  lemonade which never came out so I had to ask for a third time to finally get it. We finally decided to pay our $90 bill and asked for a lemonade to go to which when I received it, I looked inside the cup and there were two floating gnats inside the cup. Zack did the best he could but this was just a bad night to waste 90 bucks on horrible food and SERVICE. GOTTA DO BETTER EAGLES. The health department might need to look inside this place.

We brought two of our kids who've never eaten at The Eagle and to enjoy an early dinner together. The food is delicious and definitely the best fried chicken anywhere! Special thanks to Shelley, the front end manager, who went out of her way to make our experience fun.

We got to the restaurant a few minutes before our reservation and checked to see if they happened to have a table open, just in case, and the hostess told us that we could have a table but that we would have to make it quick and that we needed to eat and leave within 45 minutes as they had to make room for a 20 top. I didn't mind the actual request as much, it wasn't time for our reservation yet, but she was extremely dismissive of us and was very rude. Our actual waitress was just as awkward, she barely spoke and didn't answer any questions with more than a shrug, and just had the general demeanor of someone who was being inconvenienced by every request. She did a good job of actually serving us though, and the food was outstanding. All the negatives could easily just be chocked up to them having a stressful day since it was a Saturday evening with a big party coming in. The food and the atmosphere was so good that it really made up for it to us!

Phenomenal, delicious and amazing. The food was awesome. The service was phenomenal and the whole evening was amazing. Don't sleep on the boilermakers. A beer and shot for $10.....can't be beat. Highly recommend stopping here.

This was our fourth year coming to the eagle for lunch! My fiance and I came to the eagle for our first date 4 years ago and have been coming back every year! This year was particularly special because after we had our delicious meal the manager and I didn't get his name came over and said that lunch was on the house and therefore I needed to not pay a thing! This was so very special for my fiance and I and he and the staff were so polite and courteous this restaurant definitely has the utmost respect by us and from what I'm hearing several other people that I know love coming here! I will definitely be back! The food is just amazing and perfectly done! I would say the eagle is by far my favorite place to enjoy a nice lunch or dinner!! Very professional staff
