Tried the Findlay market location today, and every single thing we ordered was so good. So much so that I returned after we went through the market and bought a frozen box of 8 and a jar of the chimichurri. Happy to know there is a closer location to me in COV!
Had their empanadas last night for the first time and they were delish! Incredible variety and full of flavor—extra shoutout for the vegan option. Our family will definitely be back!
How good are these you ask? While letting my empanadas cool I turned my back for five seconds and turned around to an empty plate. “Odd…” I thought, as I was the only one home at the time. And then I heard it, the sound of my dog scarfing down steaming hot empanadas! I called my dog a lot of names this day, with words I typically try not to use… in English and Spanish!

Based on the reviews, The Empanada's Box Covington is a total gem. The crust is perfectly flaky, and every filling is seasoned to perfection. These handmade treats come in a wide variety of flavors with a monthly special one as well. The homemade chimichurri is a favorite. Inside, there are a few tables and a couple outside when the weather is nice, making it very cozy. The service is phenomenal; the staff is extremely helpful, professional, and kind. One worker was working hard getting out all of the orders. If an order is messed up, they are very nice about it and help remedy it. The free chips and dip when dining in are pretty good. A 3 piece combo is perfectly filling. Cooking instructions are easy and located inside on the freezers or online. It is a great spot for a quick, delicious bite that feels authentic and high-quality.
