Experience would have been perfect, but service was terrible. We were visiting Cincy and the hotel told us about Härth. We sat toward the front of the bar & nobody came to take our order after being there for about 10 minutes. My husband went to the bar & tried to order. We were told that a server would be around. Another 10 minutes & we didn’t even see a server milling around. We tried to order at the bar again & bartender said he’d bring the drinks. Finally got them after another 10 minutes. Not one time did a server come by in the hour we were there. Tried to order a second round at bar & we were told the same thing. Waited for a server, who never showed, so we closed our tab of 1 drink a piece after being there for over an hour. I had a coffee drink & it was delicious. The music & the vibe were great. I so wish the service would have been better or even a bit friendlier. I will go back when we visit again. I just hope they have more people working or a new bartender.

Exquisite! Went to listen to the live jazz on Wednesday night and had a fabulous time! Phil DeGreg Trio was INCREDIBLE - a very tight act. The fireplace was cozy and the bartenders were great. They kindly made me a custom mock tail and my friend said her whiskey sour was fantastic. Unbeatable atmosphere. I want to visit Cincinnati as much as possible just to come here.

One of the great classic Jazz bars in Cincinnati. Music is always great, never too loud, and the drinks are fantastic quality drinks with generous pours. The coffee bar is equally great with many selections. The bartenders are among the best I have ever had the pleasure to be served by!

Had a great time last night at The Harth Room. Met up with some friends for drinks and live jazz. Phil DeGreg Trio was there, and as always, they gave a superb performance. They are always great and easy to listen to. Bar service was great, as well. This is such a nice place to spend an evening with friends.

Our recent visit was disappointing due to the unwelcoming behavior of one of the staff members. Despite ordering three rounds of drinks for our group of four, we felt mistreated, possibly because we appeared young. (So they didn't think we'd spend money). One of the bartenders, whose name we believe was Sophia, rolled her eyes when we ordered espresso martinis and whispered an offhand remark to a coworker. This was especially surprising as we usually enjoy the great music and exceptional service here. Unfortunately, this experience fell short, and we don’t plan to return.

Drinks were bad. The espresso martini just tasted like a very watered down espresso. No creaminess at all. My friend's prosecco she said was also not very good. The atmosphere is great and the music was great. Server was very nice.
Vegetarian options: Quite a few veg options. But just basic snacks like you'd have in your pantry at home. Most everything is canned/store bought. They do have some crostini that they probably prepare in house.
The staff is fantastic, the bartenders are amazing, the drinks are great , the music , relaxing and love this spot , day or night.

What happened to the hearth, smaller glasses and pricey wines, I used to go a lot, staff was not dressed well, one looked like a lumberjack, and one with midrif top, not appropriate for a finer establishment, and it was so bright, not cozy and romantic as it once was
