Everything about my experience picking up a ham here was exceptional.
My mother purchased a ham, which she needed me to pick up for her. Upon arrival I got front row parking. Parking area is large enough for multiple businesses. I was met at the door with a smile, and the nice lady directed me to the appropriate line. (Pre-paid vs not) I waited in line less than 2 minutes before heading to the counter to provide the confirmation number to the cashier. The cashier greeted me and verified the name of the order as well as who I was, then went to retrieve the ham. The entire process, in and out took less than 5 minutes....actually. they were on top of their game. Will return again.

I would not recommend the mash potatoes or the green bean casserole did not care for them but the ham delicious

On 11/10/24, I placed an order online, and pre-paid, for a 11.99 pound bone-in ham to be picked on 11/27/24. This evening when I arrived I was told that the largest size available was a 9 pound boneless ham & there was no other hams available for purchase to make up the size difference. What is the point of placing an order & paying in advance, if what you order is not guaranteed?
No integrity nor customer service! Shame on you HB!

Love picking up a package of individual ham slices.
My son loves the sandwiches here, but I really do not like going when the young guy is working. First he charges me an extra 3.00 for my son sandwich, he's not friendly. A place can have the best food but if service acts a certain way it can turn customers away.
Great place! Went for lunch and it was wonderful....Mickey made my meal with all the love and care of my own mother!
