Efficient service. Ordered online. Pick up was easy

First time to order a pickup. Easy enough. Walked in, showed receipt, it was bagged and I was out the door. Loved the turkey breast and had the bone in Ham. Didn't have to spend hours in the kitchen and was able to enjoy my family instead.

We purchased a a half ham for Christmas
We had been coming here for years, but this visit was very disappointing. I was told that there wouldn't be a line picking up my ham. Wrong!! And when we had our Christmas dinner. Another disappointing surprise. $110.00 totally wasted. The ham just wasn't very good. See you later Honey Baked, we won't be back.

Tried to preorder for pickup sliced ham on 12/19, was told all times were filled and none were available until after Christmas. Went to the store on 12/23 and was informed they only had sliced ham available for preorders. Why not state this on the website when you try to preorder? Result was 20+ miles and time wasted. I WILL NEVER GO TO HONEY BAKED AGAIN!

Went to the Colerain location to pick up ham for Christmas. There was a line at the door before 7am. Extremely friendly woman opened the door and welcomed us all in. She directed people which line to go in. Staff worked quickly and were all friendly. Got in and out very fast. Well done HBH!

Been going here for 20 years Always looked forward to it just got half a ham today was super dry and taste like a $10 Kroger ham. I've never had this issue but the ham is not up to quality that it was last year or before that.

Ham was $110 and had so much fat and the sugar glaze fell off right when we opened the foil. I use to buy this ham every year. I have not bought of it for about 10 years and the quality has definitely gone down.

Why bother ordering almost 2 weeks in advance to pick up a 12 lb ham, upon arrival at the the pickup time they hand you a 10 lb ham and said that's all they have. And to have the representative behind the counter not even care. Bad customer service. Ill make my own ham from now on.
