I didn't even go into the store, I called and I was made to feel like I was bothering the worker and they did not want to help. I wanted to place an order and the person on the phone sharply stated "all orders are made online". If this order wasn't for some else I would not order from here ( this store) .

Tried to buy ham(s) sliced..was told ONLY IF IT WAS PREPAID ONLINE. REALLY?! They will miss out on some business. I usually purchase for family and others..tradition. As I'm sitting here texting this...2 customers walked in then quickly out, wonder if they were told the same??

I never had a problem with Honey Baked Ham until TODAY (and the worst day of all because it’s a holiday with my family).!!! I brought a ham from the Colerain location in OH. I opened it to see that it was very dry, very fatty and NO glaze on top!!! It tasted disgusting!! I am so upset that I paid so much money for a DISGUSTING ham that wasn’t worth a penny!!! #Never Again!!!

I called to order a spiral ham for Thanksgiving dinner and expected to prepay prior to picking it up. The rep informed me that payment is not required until the ham is picked up and sent me a confirmation email. When I arrived to pick it up, a couple workers met me at the door and told me that if I didn't pay in advance then there were no turkeys available. Poor Service!!
