I don’t usually leave reviews, but I want to recognize the young woman working alone today as well as on multiple occasions before. Her work ethic is outstanding. Even when handling everything by herself, she remains professional, efficient, and greets every customer with a genuine smile. That kind of dedication shouldn't go unnoticed.

I regularly get Kidd from the Great American Tower and I always have the BEST experience. This location struggles in comparison. The coffee is hit or miss. I always feel like an inconvenience with one particular employee. This most recent visit, they rang up the wrong drink, I noticed the price was higher than I usually pay but thought it was due to the recent menu prices changing, not the case! When I said the order was wrong, she was visably annoyed, tossed the drink in the sink after I offered to take it for sake of time and then I received the correct order, half filled.

Great coffee and some of the staff is great, but I consistently have issues with this one dark haired worker. Such a bad experience I will not be returning or will be coming in the afternoons when I've noticed the staff is nicer. Such a shame since they make a mean cappuccino.

I tried this spot as well with hopes to avoid the terrible staff at the last location. I didn’t dare try any food if there was any because of last try as well. I had coffee this time and it was mediocre, very watered down. They tried to get me to buy a sugary star bucks drink in an attempt to hide the quality.
Their employees are always on bathroom break, every time i visit, especially at 1:30
I have been waiting for them for almost hour but still it has sign of bathroom break.
Worst place, owner should be informed.
