The jazz band was awesome. The bartender not so. I put my drink on the bar and went to the restroom and came back and it was gone and she said it was empty. B******* it was at LEAST half full still. Her attitude was waaay beyond her pay grade. At first, when I arrived I used my light on my phone to move into the cooler to see beers and she said, "we have a beer menu, you can stand back there." I was two feet beyond the bar which looked like a welcoming site to look at the beers. Not so. Because of poor bartender attitude I have to give this place a 1 ourtof 5. When you insult your customers you don't deserve to be behind the bar. And your bar doesn't deserve attention.

Visited The Loon Thanksgiving week and was shocked that I hadn't heard of this place before then. Had a wine flight that was very enjoyable. I'm not a champagne person and there was a champagne in my wine flight. I personally believe the champagne should have it's own flight. Bonus was that the bartender let me swap it out for a light white to get my palate ready. Will definitely be back.

Smelled like I was entering heaven, not a bar! Huge selection of retail wines and staff selection was beyond perfect. Plus they often have live entertainment. Can't wait to return for that!

Everything is rather pricey and I personally witnessed an unvaccinated person spitting in people's drinks when they weren't looking last time I was there. Don't say you weren't warned!

Great neighborhood bar and wine bottle shop in Northside. Ample seating at the bar as well as tables. They have more than fine wines and the service is good, too. Last Tuesday of the month is bring-your-own vinyl evening - awesome music and very fun!

I went with a small group to have a drink on the north side and we weren't allowed in because several of us are not vaccinated in the sign makes clear that even if you wear a mask you're not allowed in. The sign said if you are not vaccinated you are not welcome. Unbelievable..........YOU HOPE THAT I WILL CONSIDER GETTING VACCINATED? I HOPE THAT YOU WILL CONSIDER NOT PASSING YOUR SMALL MINDEDNESS AND HATEFULNESS. WHAT ABSOLUTE AUDACITY YOU HAVE TO LECTURE THE REST THE WORLD.

This is my new go to wine store! Wonderful atmosphere and impressive wine selection. They have retail wine and also a beautiful bar. Very friendly. I felt reassured walking in the door knowing everyone there is vaccinated.

The sign on the door saying "if you're not vaccinated don't come in" speaks volumes. Not to worry. Me, my money, and the other half of the country who refuses to be BULLYED by the left will certainly NOT come in.(IN REPLY) In case I haven't heard??? In case YOU haven't heard being vaccinated does NOTHING to prevent the spread of COVID. My vaccination status does NOTHING to increase in the "safety" of your guests. More than Half the country disagrees with you. You would be wise to tone down the hate.
This place is great. Coolest bartenders in town. Impeccable selection. Righteous music. Have fun, it'll be a great time.

Decent selection of beer and wine. When there is entertainment it's appropriate for the space. Staff is always friendly. If you want a low-key space to relax, that isn't too crowded this could be it. It seems like the patrons just know if there are enough people they don't overcrowd.
