This is for Uptown lounge on Reading Road..came in with a friend, we have eaten here several times..I can say I'm never disappointed with the food.. However the service was a double hot mess!!!the girl taking orders and serving saw me standing waiting to place my order but she looked at me twice, rolled her eyes and continued her conversation with the other worker..it took her 10minutes to come and take my order, then she sash-shade around the bar b4 putting my order in..she decided to serve more liquor to customers that kept interrupting her putting my order in..Several people came in after me, of course to order the great food but the service sucked ..A male customer was trying to to cheer her up but it really didn't work...it's rude to talk to other customers while 1 is putting their orders in...when the food came she finger waved me over, put my food in the bag, took the ticket and walked off...As I said, food is always great but the service a double hot mess!!!! Hopefully the owners can have a conversation with their employees about how important customer service is regardless of your mood ..

Stopped in this to watch Monday night football. It was freezing inside this place to the point of us leaving at halftime. The food was good, and it came out kinda fast. Drinks are on point with plenty of TVs to watch. The fish and chicken combo with yams and spicy greens were on point as well.

Will not be returning. I stopped in this location because the one on reading rd was out of fish. I ordered the fis and chicken combo. The cost was 11.50. She charged me 13 something. I should not be getting charged tax if I’m getting food to go. Went in there today twice. The first time people were taking a long time to order and I had to run. The 2nd time the server takes care of everyone else before me. Including the guys that came in next to me. She knew I was before them because she said she will be right back to wait on me. But instead she waited on the guys. I guess I wasn’t her type. NEVER judge a book by its cover . I learned that a long time ago in the restaurant business being a server. She missed out on a good tip and I never return. Make sure you check your check , because they will overcharge!!!

While the wings were cooked perfectly, the hot sauce was just like Frank's Red Hot, nothing special about it. The burger tasted like a frozen patty. It was disappointing,I will not be visiting again.
