It was such a special experience. We took my son there for his birthday and Hannah did a marvelous service and made it a wonderful experience for us! Would definitely do it again!

Food was amazing, staff was wonderful, although honestly I felt a little rushed during the first course, they delivered our salads before we had the first course finished and started clearing the table to get ready for the entree before I had finished my salad, but it could have been me! And not Melting Pots fault at all, but during our first course we were sat next to a table who had no respect for others in a public setting, they were talking to each other, cursing, and playing TikTok videos at full volume to the point me and my husband could barely hear each other while sitting directly across from each other.. But other than that it was great, and would recommend going for the food experience!

Hadn't been to a Melting pot in years and decided to go for our wedding anniversary. We got the 4-course special for 2 and the food and service were excellent. Our waitress was especially good. It was a Friday night and was a bit loud and ambience not what I remembered but overall was good.

Kellie was so amazing!! My fiancé and I have been going here for three years. We have never had Kellie before, but we will definitely be asking for her in the future! She was so sweet and made us feel all very special celebrating our double date and five year anniversary. Love it here, if Kellie is working definitely ask for her! The value has always been the one thing holding Melting Pot back a little. That has gotten worse as the portion sizes have gotten smaller for the entrées. Had the Pacific Rim entre, and only came with two pieces of tuna. Just 6 months ago that same meal came with four. Other items looked to have less as well. They were also running a deal offering money off a four course experience, which was awesome. However, that wasn't able to be combined with happy hour priced drinks, which wasn't explained to us at the beginning when we were given the happy hour menu and only after the bill came. Overall we still enjoy the restaurant, but the value and price is starting to not justify the experience.

AJ was our waiter and he was AMAZING!!! He changed my whole perception of Melting Pot. This was in Cincinnati OH. The one in Salt Lake was horrible. But last night was SO wonderful. We will be going and asking for AJ

The cheese pot was incredible. The salad was also really good. The entree, I was not impressed. I did not enjoy it at all. The burgundy and chicken broth and seasoning, even the smell to me was not good. I guess I ordered the wrong one. The service was really good as well. Very expensive for what we got. It definitely fills you up, the with cheese. oh and the chocolate was also good. After the meat I was ready to go. I didn't want to cook my own food. Not calorie friendly at all. But that's OK. We won't be returning to this restaurant.

I brought my God daughter to the Melting Pot for her 16th birthday and they treated her like royalty ! It was an amazing. Experience for her !

Love this place went for a weeknight dinner with friends. Atmosphere is OK, prefer the old school atmosphere where you actually sit closer to the ground. The couple next to us were timing all of their cooks with their phone and a loud ringer. The room was getting annoyed ;wish the servers had asked the couple to use their phone on silent . The food is classic and delicious.

We had never been to The Melting Pot before, but our experience this weekend made us really excited for our next visit. AJ was our server and he was AMAZING. We were there to celebrate my son’s 13th birthday and AJ and the staff made us feel so special! The food was fantastic and there was so much of it. Dessert was definitely our favorite part. We can’t wait to go back again! It was one of my favorite dining experiences. Thank you for making my son’s birthday such a beautiful memory for all of us.

Server made us feel like an inconvenience from the very first interaction to the last. She never smiled, she was incredibly short with everything she said. After she took our payment she was waking away as she was finishing her sentence to us. It's like she couldn't get us out of there fast enough. If we weren't familiar with the normal service there, we absolutely wouldn't come back.
