Food was good. Server was sweet and perky but very slow leaving us waiting way too much. We had 5 people in our family group. We were there going on 4 long hours! A lot of just sitting and wondering when she was coming back.
Also I asked for more potatoes 3 times.
It wasn't until my husband asked while I was in the restroom that she finally
brought them. I also stopped on my way back to ask another server to ask her for them bc I could not find our server. After all that I found a long hair buried deep inside my raw meat but hanging out the end. So gross! I didn't say anything to anyone else except my husband bc l figured it was an isolated problem and I didn't want to ruin their meals. Later after we left I did mention it and was told they found the same thing in their food. Now I'm really grossed out!!!
Bottom line, too slow leaving us twiddling our thumbs. Server did not follow through on bringing us extra things after asking us if we'd like more over and over again. And there was disgusting hair in the meats on both ends of our table! We were there going on 4 hours. Took away from our game playing time we had planned with our grandson after we got back home. It has never taken this long there before and we have been many times. Nor have we ever found hairs in our food!

Wonderful experience! Great place for a celebration! Would recommend wearing layers as it gets very warm when the restaurant is full and the tables all have pots going. Great value for the money and a fun thing to do and share with family and friends.

We have been old school supporters of the Melting Pot, long before the rebranding to non fine dining. Last we went in Montgomery the experience was not wonderful. We only returned because our kids asked us to go. We are so glad we did, our server was amazing, warm and made the experience a dream! Will return for sure, all in the family were so pleased!

My husband and I went to celebrate our 1 year anniversary and it was amazing! This was our second time having Ariel as our server! She remembered us and what we liked. She was so personable, kind, and funny! She definitely made the whole experience so fun! She also really knows her stuff and you can really tell she genuinely wants to make each person's experience as perfect as possible! Best server ever!!! I hope we get her again next time because we certainly will be going back as soon as possible!

Great experience! Drinks were slow (it took 30 minutes to get our bar drinks) but otherwise it was great. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable.
First time being at a Melting Pot. I knew somewhat to expect. Meat quality seemed to be good. Cheese course was amazing. Salad dressing was good. Was never rushed. Staff was friendly and informative. More of a dressy kind of atmosphere, but was accepting of folks in their shorts and flip-flops.

Our family went on Sunday night for chocolate fondue. We enjoyed the original chocolate and the Yin & Yang fondue. However, our service was non-existent. After taking our order and dropping off our drinks, the server (Ben) never stopped by to check on us. We were left sitting at the table without drink refills and without additional strawberries that our kids were hoping to get. We only got the refills when we flagged down a manager who was walking around the restaurant. The server was not rude - he simply was not available to provide any service. I would NOT recommend this location.

Fondue!! 4 course meal. Cheese, salad, broth-meat and seafood, and chocolate for desert! How can you complain? To overly busy, yet nit empty. Staff was super freindly. Always a good choice.
