My friend and I had an amazing girls night out at The Melting Pot! Our server was amazing, even moved us to a cozy booth we noticed was open. The food was outstanding, and loved the flexibility of the menu to choose the dining experience you want. We will absolutely be back!

The Melting Pot is by far the best restaurant I’ve ever been to! The atmosphere is quiet, with dim lights and great staff! The 4 course menu has so much variety and the options are filling and high quality! We go at least 3-4 times a year and it never disappoints! This occasion we got the brie and bacon cheese and YUM! You have to try this one! The Granny Smith apples were my favorite with flavor of cheese! My 2nd course I had the California salad and the Gorgonzola cheese was so fresh omg! Our dinner course consisted of the mojo flavored broth for cooking our proteins (Caribbean style with citrus) very very flavorful and get this option every time lol! I got the teriyaki marinated sirloin, pacific shrimp, and salmon! It came with 8 sauces to dip the protein and they are all exactly what you want! The curry, teriyaki, Gorgonzola port, and green goddess were my top picks!! All made in house and full of flavor! Lastly, our 4th course was the chocolate fondue and we opted for the turtle chocolate! They absolutely set it on fire and it was a fun experience! The dippers are these scrumptious little things… strawberries, bananas, graham cracker coated and chocolate coated marshmallows, waffle pieces, rice crispies, blondies, and brownies! This place is perfect for date nights, anniversaries, or even just family dinners! It’s very kid friendly and really cool for them to get to watch how everything is made table side!! Worth the money and I’d advise you make a reservation!

The food was excellent as always. This was a birthday celebration and it could not have gone better. Because of the price tag, length, and uniqueness of the meal, this will never be a regular occurrence place. But damn if they don't know how to treat you right in their way of presenting a meal. Not sure I've ever been more full after a dinner out.

We have been to Melting Pot several times and your server really makes or breaks your experience. This last visit we had a server that didn't really seem to know the menu for the special they were running and pretty much disappeared between courses. Some of the food she brought us (our salads, our dessert chocolate) weren't made correctly but we just ate it because we knew it'd take awhile for her to come back. It wasn't our best experience but we will try again after a bit of time has passed.

We waited almost an hour for our table that we had a reservation for. The food is not what you pay for. 62$ per person for mediocre food. If you are going to make a person wait an hour for a table without an apology and to pay 130$ for 2 people is just a little much for me. The wait staff however was kind and patient. But we were here for a total of 4 hours. The food was spaced out way too much or they were rushing us. We had to practically beg for a refill of water. The hostess was not good about us updating us on when our table would be ready. It’s just ridiculous that you’re paying for this price to sit here for 4 hours total. Absolutely ridiculous will not return or recommend.

Our waitress, Kellie, was very helpful explaining the menu and routine to us. She did an excellent job promoting the food and the restaurant. The food was delicious. We did the 3 course meal because it was lunchtime. We both left feeling very satiated. We look forward to returning for dinner soon.
The best part about this place is the staff, specifically Hope S. She was our waitress for the night and her attentiveness and service were impeccable. She was very kind and funny and answered all of our questions about the menu thoroughly. Our experience was made great because of Hope.

The service was less than expected for a high $ restaurant. Our waitress was SLoW in getting back to us. She forgot salad dressings, sauces, sweet additions and seasonings and NEVER came back to fill our waters! Each time she left to get what she forgot, it was 10 minutes (we timed her) before she reappeared! The cheese and the chocolate courses appeared to be for 2 people, but we had 3 - and paid for 3- people. I think we got gypped out of some portions.

We took our family to The Melting Pot for Christmas Eve dinner. It was a special night that we all enjoyed. The teens were engaged and loved the experience as well as the adults. The food was delicious and our server was perfect- she was very friendly, helpful, and added to the fun and merriment of the evening.

One of our burners at our table wasn't working properly. It would not stay on so we kept having to rotate our pots. Thru told us this when we sat down. They should not have used this table knowing this was an issue! Poor customer service. They did give us money off but that's beside the point .
