Very mid, coneys were cold, mac and cheese not as good as the other stadium

Food quality has deteriorated. Was told yesterday could not be seated in sports bar restaurant for at least 15 minutes due to shift change ? This tells me must be a shortage of employees. I left and went to Hard Rock where I will be going from now on. So long Belterra sad your deteriorating casino had lost my family’s business.

The main staff is very rude. The wait staff is pretty good, too bad the front & managers are so disrespectful. Thier wait list is poorly managed. Such a shame when they bring in great live music.

first off the last checking people on tried to get us to go to a different restaurant because they were obviously understaffed. then I had the prime rib sandwich which states in the menu they use ribeye steak buts its sirloin roast beef at best the waitress argued with me that's that's what French dips are made of when I took exception to how she was talking down to me she said I was being rude. I said if pay but the manager comped the sandwich and said I would have the chef come out but he isn't here...um ok I'm still not an idiot and I'm not going to stand for being lied to and belittled maybe cause I'm brown she thought I was uneducated.

This has to be the dirtiest Casino I feel like I should go to the hospital and have a tetanus shot just from the nastiness I experienced not only did they rob me they couldn't even provide a clean environment to do it in I'd have to say this is probably the best poorest place I've ever seen

Jesse, the waitress was amazing. The food was great. We had the ribs and grilled chicken and it was superb will definitely be back.

Worst service I have had in years.
Burger was super dry. Disappointing all around. Nobody ever asked how our food was. (Not good)

thunder was amazing and she’s the best hookah girl in the world I had a great experience and I’d definitely come again she had great work ethic and her energy was amazing

Nobody out front to seat you. Nobody behind the bar. Finally got seated. It’s before 9 on a Saturday night and they only have a late night menu with not much available. Easy choice to leave and go to a different casino that has a restaurant with a reasonable menu and service.

As a traveling Chef I was soooo looking forward to some Good food… fair food, fries cold, and charged me for a drink they never delivered .. would NOT recommend…

Everything but the food was good. Had salad with chicken and chicken was cold/not good. For dinner, had burger and fries. The burger was decent but probably the worst fries I’ve ever had; no flavor and cold. Got some wings to go and they were meaty/not bad. Both bartenders we had were awesome.

Came to Belterra to play the slots & stayed for the food! The Stadium had great food and even though it was late, we were seated quickly and server approached quickly to take our order. They even have a robot that comes and delivers your food to your table! The reason for four stars is because it seemed like they were a little light in the kitchen.
