My review comes in two halves: game day experience and nighttime. They’re two very different bars depending on when you visit and for what occasion.
Game Day: pretty solid service! They get you your drinks quickly and the prices aren’t bad. It’s a zoo (or jungle) at The Banks when the Bengals are playing so kudos to them for handling what’s clearly a difficult environment. I will visit again.
Nighttime: they understand the responsibility of their jobs and what they have to do to ensure patron safety. I’ve seen them act quickly. Service is pretty fast too. It’s not really my scene for nightlife. I prefer something a little less hectic. But the professionalism and management are top notch. I’d be comfortable with younger members of my family going here.
