Absolutely the best taco's I've ever had. Fast friendly service, family ran atmosphere, and a spotless food truck usingorganic ingredients. Try to arrive early, they get busy and can run out. When we arrived they were out of chicken so my daughter and I had the pork. It was moist, the salsa innovative and worked great, and the chipotle mayo was delicious (it was perfectly balanced, smokey, sweet, a good kick). My daughter is very picky.
