Fast service, fastest in Cincinnati. Service staff gets it! Alivia-unbelivably smart chef, Kat-brilliant on espresso machine, Kate, so efficient. Marisa knows everything about coffee culture. Hope management realizes how lucky to have talent. And they are always cleaning/polishing. Lydia is quick in the mornings! This neighborhood is lucky.

The girls are amazing. They are so sweet and sunshiny. I’ve been in about a dozen times over a month. Their flatbreads are amazing and their seasonals are awesome. They change their seasonals about every 3 months so always something new to try! I got a peppermint mocha last time and it was so good! They make a few house made sauces which is so awesome! They also make their own homemade alt milks! Kayla and Cat are hard working and deserving. Lyd and Cat have done such a good job running the place and it wouldn’t be where it is now without them

I want to like this place. It's got an awesome location, and every time I've been the cappuccino has been amazing. I've been here three times now and have been really disappointed with the FOH service. Not the employee making the drinks, but it always seems to be the person behind the actual register. Whether it's just being plain rude, "too busy", or talking trash about customers loudly enough to be overheard - please take this into account when hiring and training the employees. The coffee is great, the bakery items are delicious, the location itself is really nice.

I recently stopped by Upside Brew and it’s safe to say this place has quickly become one of my go-to coffee spots. As someone who takes coffee seriously, I can confidently say they serve some of the best brews around.
The vibe at Upside Brew is perfect – cozy yet modern, with an atmosphere that makes you want to relax and enjoy your drink. The menu is diverse, featuring everything from strong espressos to creative specialty lattes, so there’s something for all tastes. The coffee itself is exceptional, with each cup brewed to bring out bold and rich flavors that really stand out.
What truly made my visit memorable, though, was the service. Jack, the barista who helped me, was super friendly and really knew his stuff. He took the time to explain their different beans and even suggested a drink tailored to my tastes. It's obvious Jack is passionate about what he does and genuinely wants customers to have a great experience.
