The associate was not attentive and watching their phone. I had a few questions and they couldn't answer. We got ketchup for our samosa instead of the brown sauce. Please work on customer service you have good food most of the time we come here and we want to come back but won't for a while now.

Great location! Lots of other options if you don’t like the food here. Cashier was nice and helped me order. Food was good for a fast paced Indian restaurant

One of the only places to get a Kathi roll! The fries are big servings and come with really good mayo sauce!

I thought the food was really good and the portions were much bigger than I expected!
Absolutely disgusting. I ordered from Tikka Xpress for lunch, and I seriously regret it. The tikka fries were the only thing even remotely edible, everything else was revolting. The rice that came with the chicken tikka masala had giant chunks of star anise, cinnamon, and cloves in it. It tasted like someone dumped a bottle of perfume in my food.
The chicken tikka masala was just as bad, completely inedible. I actually gagged trying to eat it and ended up throwing it in the trash. It was that bad.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this place entirely. Go to an actual Indian restaurant that knows what they’re doing. This was honestly one of the most disgusting meals I’ve ever had.

Ordered chicken khati roll and got a roll sans much chicken. See picture. The roll was burnt there was more bell pepper than chicken. The paneer roll was over cooked and chewy. I have been there numerous times before but this may be the last.

This place has a pretty basic menu in the curry and kebab categories. I would have liked to see more side options, too. The kathi rolls are the one thing they have that you don't find everywhere. Between my lady and I, we had the chicken saag, chicken tikka masala, garlic naan, and vegetable samosas. There's no option to specify spice level when you order, but I was happy with the default. I'd call it 'medium' by the standards of your average Indian restaurant, so it might be hot for somebody with a low spice tolerance. I'd rate the flavors in the saag 4/10, and 5.5/10 for the tikka masala. They give good portions, and the curries had good creamy textures, but the chicken was dry and bland and the sauce couldn't make up for it. The samosas were pretty good; flavors and texture were on point. The naan was also soft, flavorful, and up to par with a good Indian restaurant. You might not be too impressed by this place if you're a lover of Indian food and go to local restaurants around Cincinnati.

Excellent! Stopped by when visiting Factory 52. We ordered a chicken Kathi roll, vada pav and samosas. The food was very good and reasonably priced. Would definitely go back.
