Tim Horton located on the UC campus is really amazing. The staff is very helpful and caring. They have nice breakfast options and the food is worth the money. You get nice egg-cheese bagel with coffee and hash brown for $5. I would say that it is much better than Starbucks in terms of quality as well as quantity.
As to be expected of a newly opened university establishment, there was a rather large line when I went to grab some morning coffee. Unfortunately, they were understaffed, and a few customers received the wrong donuts in their order and they had to be corrected which held up the line further. I chalk that up to the employees being new and not incredibly familiar with the menu, and I expect that this will improve with time. In addition, there was a mislabeled set of donut holes...
