I’ve used the bathroom here a plethora of times before…I come in tonight and all of a sudden it’s “not a public restroom” even though I ordered food…. And the worker was not wearing gloves while preparing my order. I’m deeply disappointed about this bc their food is great!

I used to get a pizza here when I first moved to Cincinnati it's been about 2 years and theve raised the cost double. It shouldn't have to cost 20 dollars for some mac and cheese on bread and it tastes like water. Sorry guys I won't be back

I recieved my pizza and it was the wrong crust type, on top of that the crust was burnt and the pizza looked like it was sliced by a blind person. Then they refused to answer the phone. Will not order again.

Reese stayed and delivered with excellent customer service when every food service in the area closed down because of the snowstorm Jan 2026. There wasn't any interruption in service here tonight which I expected sprinting this way after 3 other closed spots! Grateful

Do not order delivery, they say(via website tracker) they use Uber eats for delivery and my order never showed up. Was told it was 45 minutes for delivery it’s been 2 hours, tracker just says order canceled and now I have a pending charge on my credit card

Beware pizza comes with little to no pizza sauce oil soggy bread and so much cheese it’s enough for 3 pizzas and with no sauce and soggy bread all you taste is oily cheese

We were in cinci from out of town, for a concert. We all worked all day and then immediately made the 2 hour drive here. Did not have time to eat dinner before the concert. We Were starving after the concert. Placed an order via door dish at 2 AM. (Their hours say they're open til 3:30 AM online). We were waiting patiently and hungry. It said that our dasher was at the location waiting to pick up our order for almost an hour. At exactly 3:20 AM we get a call from door dash that our order was cancelled. With no excuse why. By this time, everywhere else was closed. We could've ordered or went somewhere else during this time before closing hours.
