Do not call this place’s phone number! I tried calling around 11 pm on Saturday Feb 3rd to order a pizza and my call was intercepted by a scam call center overseas, well at least the guy on the other end had an Indian accent. They knew the menu and ordering process and sounded legit, when I gave them my credit card info they kept saying my card was declined and were unable to process the order. I called back and got the real toppers and they said they have heard word of the scam and are investigating. I quickly cancelled the card, but not before three fraudulent charges of my original order amount. I am writing this not to bad mouth this location, I never actually got to try the pizza, and it sounds like it is not their fault. I am just warning future callers of this scam. Order online or in person, or over the phone but beware you may be directed to a scam call center.

Orderd from here on Doordash at around midnight. I had never had pizza from here before so I order the basic pepperoni extra cheese as that's always my goto to judge a pizza place by. After placing my order I look them up and read the reviews, and I must admit my expectations were very low. But I was completely surprised. I got my delivery in a reasonable amount of time. The pizza itself was probably a 6.7 out of 10. Crust was good, had a decent crisp to it yet still soft, sauce had a nice flavor but they used a little more than needed, cheese could've been heavier as if I order extra cheese I shouldn't see sauce under it. Was a little light on the pepperoni as well. But overall the flavor was pretty good. I would definitely like to try it again as I feel they could be better if they made it perfectly as their flavors are definitely on point. Overall I was satisfied with my order, they just fell a little short on the actual assembly of the pizza

ZERO STARS….Horrible customer service. We placed an order at 11:30. We called to see what the delay was at 12:30 they said they didn’t have an order for my husbands number or name and the money was already pending in my bank account. It’s now 2am. This is pretty much a scam as I see multiple reviews with the same thing happening. Being sent to a “manager” and no one answers and pretty much being told we are out of luck. This location should be shut down for scamming people. If you can’t deliver the goods don’t take orders. I will be disputing this with my bank first thing Monday morning.

When I called the restaurant to inquire about the delay, I was greeted by a customer service representative named Sam. Sam's handling of the situation was nothing short of infuriating. He repeatedly insisted that my order was in the "baking process" for a mind-boggling three hours. Let's be real, there's no way a pizza should take that long to bake. Sam's insistence on this absurd claim was insulting to my intelligence.After futilely arguing with Sam about the delay, I requested to speak with a manager. This is where the situation went from bad to worse. Sam "transferred" me to an alleged manager line, but nobody ever picked up. It seemed more like a way to pass the buck and avoid accountability rather than actually connecting me with a manager who could address my concerns.What transpired can only be interpreted as nothing less than theft. Toppers Pizza took my money for an order that was never delivered. I waited for hours, endured an infuriating conversation with Sam, and never received the food I paid for. This is not only a complete disregard for customer service but also raises serious questions about the ethics of this establishment.I would strongly caution anyone against ordering from Toppers Pizza on Calhoun Street. This experience was a complete and utter disaster, and the way they handled the situation borders on theft. I am thoroughly disappointed and frustrated with Toppers Pizza and their lack of professionalism and customer service. Avoid this place at all costs.

Placed an order at around 12:30am, it is currently 3:58am and still have not received an order. Placed the order for delivery on their website and estimated time was 1:30am.Called at least twice to let them know how long we had been waiting and was considering on cancelling and was told they were gonna redirect me to the “manager” which i was placed on hold for more than 15mins each until i hung up.Had 2 different drivers who were planning on picking the order up, first driver waited for more than 2hrs till he dropped the order. The second driver who got assigned the order around 3:20am had notified me at around 4am that Toppers was no longer making any more orders because they were too backed up. That was $30 down the drain and the order was finally cancelled at 4:05am.My advice DO NOT order from this place. Had better luck ordering somewhere else even on a busy night.
