The food and smoothies are just as wonderful as the staff. Hence the reason I’m I come 5 to 6 day thru the work week. It’s fast, great and quality product with amazing service.“

“I am astonished by this establishment. First of all, I can easily say that tropical has the best smoothies in the country. The flavor was blasting in my mouth. Secondly, the service was amazing. I came in with 10 of my teammates and we all got our food within 5 minutes. The workers were all very welcoming of us and interactive. Very friendly. Lastly, there’s nothing like drinking a smoothie at the beach. The surrounding walls make it feel like my toes are in the sand. Vibes are high over here at tropical and they are doing it right“

“This review is LONG overdue, this location is the nicest. Cleanest and most consistent tropical smoothie cafe I've ever been to. They are quick to get your food and smoothies out, everything is always fresh and tastes great. The staff is always friendly and hard working! They have only messed up an order of mine once (out od the hundreds of times ive been here) and they quickly fixed my order with no hesitation. I 100% recommend this location“

Lemme just say this—I've been seeing some clowns droppin’ 1-star reviews lately, and it’s straight-up ridiculous. They ain't even got legit reasons; they just wanna complain and get attention. Two names I gotta call out: Gregory Thompson and Kiyah Chames. All these two ever do is leave 1-star reviews, and for what? Just ‘cause you havin’ a bad day don’t mean you gotta take it out on the staff. Like, come on, it ain't that deep.

I’ve been going here for a while, and let me tell you, anytime there’s been a mistake, they fix it real quick. No need to be rude about it. And if they tell you something ain’t gonna taste right, and you still order it, don’t go cryin’ when it ain't what you expected. That’s on you. Stop leavin' trash reviews when the problem ain’t even the restaurant—it’s your attitude.“
