Its delicious. Its not overly expensive especially if you get food and add a smoothie for 4.99. And its amazing. Top of the food chain for fast food joints.

this location is always good but today i got my açaí bowl and it was completely frozen, which is very inconvenient considering i don’t really have time to wait around for my
smoothie bowl to melt and be consumable. also the girl at the front was lowk rude ik how it is to be in food service but your employees should at least be willing to greet the customer. she didn’t even ask me what i wanted she just stared at me and waited for me to order. girl it is 10 in the morning you don’t have anything to be annoyed about 😭😭 she had exactly one order on the screen so it’s not like yall were busy. tropical smoothie pls do a little better

Love this place. Stop here quite often after the gym for some quick protein. Only issue I have is they NEVER have soap in the men's bathroom! Like LITERALLY never! I've even brought it to the employees attention and it's still the same. Not sure what's up with that, but how can the male employees be washing their hands after using the restroom? Maybe this review will help them get on top of that. Other than that everything is great!

Just left this place. My husband and I ordered the pesto flat bread and the pesto wrap. The lady got the order wrong,gave us 2 flat breads,when we let her know my order was incorrect,she argued with me,and then still gave me the incorrect order.
Don't go there.

This review is LONG overdue, this location is the nicest. Cleanest and most consistent tropical smoothie cafe I've ever been to. They are quick to get your food and smoothies out, everything is always fresh and tastes great. The staff is always friendly and hard working! They have only messed up an order of mine once (out od the hundreds of times ive been here) and they quickly fixed my order with no hesitation. I 100% recommend this location

I absolutely love it here! Their smoothies are to die for! I rotate between a few of them and they always turn out the same every time I get any of them. My favorite is the chia banana boost 😜

Rude, overpriced, won't go back

I visited to pick up an order on 8-20. It was a bit off-putting seeing flies landing on the food in the prep area. When I got home with the food, there was a hair in the bag, and then also found one in my Kale slaw. My Baja Chicken wrap had NO chicken in it and was very wet and mushy. We eat here a lot and this is unusual, but may deter us from coming back. The smoothies we got were good as a positive note.

Got the Bahama Mama bowl, it was a good portion and initially it tasted good but was very very sweet and sugary. They do not have smoothie bowls only base bowls, not sure if they are willing to make smoothie bowls. When I asked for banana on top the girl work scoffed at me but they did do it, just seemed very annoyed.

Good smoothie but not the best I have had. I feel it was a bit expensive. Nice selection. Only had smoothies. We did not order foodstuffs

Usually really good, however today I asked for no coconut at least 4 times because he had me repeat it 4 times and still ended up with coconut.
