Gross! The lettuce on my Baja Chicken Wrap was pretty much just the lettuce core. It had two ridiculously large pieces and the rest was small cut up pieces. It was like they put the discard pile on the wrap. 🤢

Went through Drive-thru yesterday evening and ordered a bahama mama with a vitamin c boost. Guy gave me my total and asked me to pull up front. So far so good right? I pull up and he immediately asks if i want my receipt hmm thats odd, they usually print it on the cup? I say no I'm not worried about it and hand him my $10 the drink was $9.23. This gentlemen proceeded to hand me my drink and said have a good day, I ask about the change for the 10 i just handed him and he points to the tip cup and says oh do you want me to dig it out? No sir, how about we not just assume people’s change wants to go in the tip jar? I work for tips and tips are not just given their earned…. I wonder how much they make stealing everyone’s change throughout the day! And yes I Know its change and really its no big deal but that change starts to add up. If they do this to everyone thats a pretty penny in the bank! Not even to mention they didnt add the vitamin C!!!! I wont be back :)

Went to get the Peanut Paradise smoothie after a run, intentionally for the extra protein this smoothie has. My husband also wanted a chocolate/peanut butter/banana smoothie and simply asked while ordering at the speaker if they had an item like this as I was unfamiliar with their full menu. They told me to pull up to the window to clarify. I repeated my order, they repeated it back. I was given a Peanut Butter Cup smoothie for my husband but I was given a paradise punch, which was pink and I knew from the color this was incorrect. I mentioned I said a Peanut Paradise drink as I’ve had this before, I intentionally want it for the protein and said I wanted whey protein when ordering at the speaker. They said “I asked you and you said paradise punch”. No offer to fix the mistake - just said I said it wrong and no correction. I proceeded to leave and deal with my far more sugary smoothie and 0 protein despite spending $15.

Always a good experience when I start my day here. People are really friendly and positive. Location is nice and clean. I went through the Drive Thru and the amazing person knew my order and even knew I forgot to ask for my regular add-ins, and proceeded to make my order the way I always order it. I was blown away from the quality of customer service.

I went inside the restaurant. There wasn't anyone inside or in drive-thru. I ordered a smoothie and salad. I received my smoothie and then waited 15 minutes for my salad. A couple cars went through drive thru. They took care of them first. The guy handed me the bag of food. I told him I didn't order a wrap I ordered the salad. He questioned me and the manager. It only took the guy a few minutes to make my salad. The manager didn't have a care in the world that a customer was standing there for 15 minutes waiting. He was focused on getting the smoothies made, cleaning out the fruit containers and rinsing the blenders. They lost a customer.

I am extremely disappointed. I have visited this place multiple times and always loved my smoothies without any issues. However, while I was halfway through my smoothie, I felt something in my mouth, pulled it out, and discovered it was a hair—definitely not mine! This experience has left me quite upset because I genuinely enjoyed this place. :(

Best place to get a smoothie and a healthy quick bite to eat you wont be disappointed the price equals the size of the order also.

When an older woman comes and wants to order smoothies for her grandkids and said it’s for kids, you proceed to say you don’t offer that in kids size. You then chose not to inform her that you however have a similar smoothie in a kids size. Is it that hard to just tell her you have a similar option in kids? So she didn’t have to spend 30$ on large smoothies. Come on…

Smoothie was amazing! Employees are mostly Indian which isn't normally an issue. Except, when they asked me a question and I had a hard time understanding them because of their accent they made fun of me. I would recommend the food here but 100% not the service.
