I tried this location again because of convenience, and I much prefer the Eastgate location. There’s a girl with large glasses and a pony tail, and a bad attitude. She forgets straws, salsa, or how to say thank you (or anything at all). If you hate your job so much, quit!

I ordered an online delivery order that was delivered by door dash. The order was incomplete and we were missing an $8 sandwich. I called the store and the manager refused to make it right… even though the employee who answered the phone even knew what was missing from my order without me telling her. The manager said I ordered though a third party and it needed to be resolved through them. While I understand the nature of the third party piece I also know that a) it is also the responsibility of the restaurant to produce a complete order for pick up and b) that the cost to the restaurant for allowing me to pick up an extra sandwich (or the one that was potentially already made) or to refund me is minimal in the interest of good customer service. Easy decision… no longer a tropical smoothie customer. I am very familiar with the food service industry and can happily patronize another venue.

My adult wrap was delicious, but they skimp on the kids meals. I understand it's supposed to be fresh and healthy, but more cheese on the kids grilled cheese would be ideal. We had to add to ours when we arrived home.

My food and smoothie was great! The service is so fast and everything in the orders were correct. The freshness they offer is refreshing. This area offers so many fried chicken choices that the tropical cafe is a refreshing offer to this community. The sangria smoothie is my favorite. They also make a flatbread with peanut butter banana and granola. I got the Santa Fe quesadilla which was great and has also on the side with a wonderful kale salad as a side choice. I'm a fan!
