I called them about 2 weeks ago. I accidentally ordered it there’d instead of another location and asked them kindly for a refund as it would be really far to go pick it up still. They said they would give me a refund and I have yet to recieve it. They will not answer my calls now. I have called corporate and said they would give me a refund as well and I still never got it.

Lord the smoothies are amazing! They are even greater after 4 days of fasting. Fresh veggies and produce nake for a great treat to continue healing.

I placed a delivery order from this store and I received the wrong order. I understand mistakes happen, especially when using a 3rd party service (doordash) for delivery. I called the store to resolve this issue, and I asked that I be refunded or that the correct order be delivered to me. I was told by the ‘manager’ on the phone that I would receive a call back in a few minutes, but I never received a call. I attempted to call back 4 times over the next 10 minutes, and no answer, with no ability to leave a voicemail. I went to the store, since I couldn’t get a hold of anyone, and I was told there was no manager in the store at that time, despite having talked to a ‘manager’ on the phone 20 minutes earlier. I have not received a refund and was not given the correct food. Highly recommend avoiding this place as their customer service is abysmal.

This is the first time that I ever had a bad experience with this location , I ordered a smoothie a Bahama mama smoothie and it was so liquidy like water. They did not want to switch it out or remake it ! DO NOT SUPPORT

Literally the worst açaí bowl I’ve ever had. It’s just a solid brick of frozen açaí with fruit on top and a crushed up granola bar…. For $11 I expected a little bit more.

I'll never do business at this location again. The manager doesn't care to help customers fix simple errors and doesn't care if customers get their order or not. I was basically robbed the last time I attempted to place an order. Never got my order. Very unprofessional.

Lemme just say this—I've been seeing some clowns droppin’ 1-star reviews lately, and it’s straight-up ridiculous. They ain't even got legit reasons; they just wanna complain and get attention. Two names I gotta call out: Gregory Thompson and Kiyah Chames. All these two ever do is leave 1-star reviews, and for what? Just ‘cause you havin’ a bad day don’t mean you gotta take it out on the staff. Like, come on, it ain't that deep.

I’ve been going here for a while, and let me tell you, anytime there’s been a mistake, they fix it real quick. No need to be rude about it. And if they tell you something ain’t gonna taste right, and you still order it, don’t go cryin’ when it ain't what you expected. That’s on you. Stop leavin' trash reviews when the problem ain’t even the restaurant—it’s your attitude.

did not even get my food that i ordered online. it was ordered 30 minutes before the store closed and they closed it down and didn’t even refund us or anything.

My smoothie tasted like a pure sour lime with no other fruit added and perfume. Called to try to get it fixed because i’m at work and no one answered the phone.
