I got a free smoothie reward and ordered one in advance for pick up. When I got there, they said my order was cancelled even though I had an order number and it was still showing on my app. Maybe they just didn’t want to take my reward. I will not be coming back here, a certain competitor smoothie place is nearby and has much better service. Very disappointing.

As well as an extra jerk sauce that I NEVER received via UBER EATS.
If you must, ORDER in person or NOT at all! No point in ordering extra if you’re not going to get it. And NO, barely got a a refund. Paid 23$+
