I didn't realize this was a food court. But we went there for the chicken and they were all out at noon. So I did not get any food. My friend got a hamburger and said it was delicious. But I felt that the prices were too high to get a hamburger. You order through the kiosk. There was plenty of seating in the food court.

Drove there because of the chicken reviews...no chicken. Hamburger was ok but a little pricey

This burger was so bad everyone at our table didn’t even finish. It tasted worse than a frozen JTM burger.

The pictures on these Google reviews made the food look amazing but it didn't help me to really understand what I was walking into. The location is tricky to get to if you've never been in the area. You have to go down a one-way street and hope to find a place to park otherwise you're going to be walking. But technically that's the way this type of location is set up, you would be doing a lot of walking around, shopping, entertainment atmosphere, night life, that type of thing.
The actual Tweedy's restaurant is inside of a food court type of location. There are some tables and chairs but it's inside an area with multiple restaurants that you can walk up to and order from and then you can choose where you want to sit down afterwards. The actual order process is self-serve on a kiosk. They appear to be minimally staffed so the person making the food can answer some of your questions but there's no actual register attendees.
The self-serve kiosk is not the easiest to use if you're looking for ways to customize an order. You can't just type in a note or request so you would have to ask the attendant if it's not a button already on the menu.
The sides are listed totally separate from the burgers and the chicken sandwiches, they're not included with those main courses.
One of the most infuriating parts was at the end when I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip. I just did this entire thing myself, there was no server coming and waiting on me. I believe in tipping my servers but lest I become a broken record here, I'll move on. Next, don't expect to be able to pay with cash because apparently real money is worthless here. Card only as far as I could tell.
My order was placed to go so I and my family ate the food later. While I would say my cheesesteak did taste good, it was small. I was picturing an actual hoagie style sandwich, but it was just a round bun, not a hoagie style bun, and it did not include a side. It was 13 freaking dollars for that little piece of food. It might have had anywhere from 3 to 4 oz of actual meat on the bun, while the burger patties all appeared to be about 6 oz patties.
I would say all of the food was overpriced and nowhere near as glamorous as most of the photos I saw on the other reviews.
The meat on my philly was finely chopped and it had some crispy edges. When I say finely chopped, think Dixie-style-coleslaw-finely chopped!
I got something stuck in my throat which I have never had happen to me in all my 42 years alive! And this is the not the first time I've had finely chopped food! It's still there several hours later and I can only hope it will dislodge itself eventually because it's becoming very irritating.
There was also a weird situation with the cheese I wanted on the Philly. The kiosk showed an option for white cheddar cheese sauce. But about 10 minutes after my order was placed the cook asked me what kind of cheese I wanted. I looked at him funny and I showed him on the kiosk what I had chosen but he said that they were out. In a weird sense he intimated that there was a small amount left because he said that there was a small amount, but I don't know if he meant that wasn't enough for my order or they needed to save it for other things?
I would say that the burger patties looked decently thick but having no included side with them, it just didn't seem worth the money or the hassle to place the order for what I was getting out of it. My family members all got burgers I was the only one that didn't get a burger and now I regret it and wish I had gotten a burger also.
I would have loved to have tried the chicken if they had had any that was grilled and not fried. So definitely don't come here if you're trying to avoid fried foods.

Was going to eat dinner here , but you have to order off a screen like Taco Bell. Not doing it. The best thing about the Gatherall is that you can walk 10 feet to a place that WILL take your order....and that's what I did.
P.S. I'm certain this place is very good , if you like ordering from a touch screen.

I brought my man here because my first time coming I had a great experience and the food was good. He said “first time here, will be back tomorrow”. He LOVED his cheesesteak burger and rated it a 100/10!!! We WILL be back tomorrow he said. Great customer service, food was fresh and hot and tasted DELICIOUS!!!!

Waited a half an hour for food when there was nobody there. Lady was extremely unfriendly. When it was finally ready (via a text message), I walked up there and it wasn’t ready and they asked me to wait further. Plenty of other great places here, avoid this one!

Made he mistake of ordering cheeseburgers with fries, and the fries with bacon and cheese. y burgers were ready in maybe 5-8 minutes, but the 'cook' told me after the burgers were ready that they ran out of fries. Asked me if I wanted tater tots and I declined and was told the manager needed to approve the refund. EIGHT minutes later he showed up and said he brought the fries for cooking. 8 minutes later I was given this hot box with the fries/cheese/bacon mix. LOOKED TERRIBLE AND TASTED EVEN WORSE. No apologies for the late arrival of any of the food. Burgers were just ok.

I got the turkey burger. I have been going to multiple different restaurants looking for a good turkey burger, and My wait is over. Today I got what I say is the best turkey burger I’ve ever had. Kudos to the young female with all the tattoos cooking. She needs to be in charge of cooking all the burgers. She did an excellent job and I will definitely be passing this on to all my friends and family.

I don’t know if we went on the wrong night or what :( We were really excited to try it and ordered online for 7:45. When we got there, they said they had an issue with the computers and didn’t have our order. So we waited another 30 minutes for it to be made. This isn’t the reason for the negative review though, things happen and the lady at the front was very kind and offered us drinks for our wait. But when we got home and started eating, something was just off. The meat tasted horrible and not like normal ground beef you’d expect in a burger. I’m not sure if it went bad or what but we each could only take 2 bites of our burgers before we threw them away completely. The fries were fine. My partner also tried the chicken sandwich and he said it was just okay. Overall just not a great experience. ?

Tweedy's Burgers in Norwood, Ohio is a hidden gem located in Factory 52. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The menu offered a variety of burger options and we decided to try the Double Cheeseburger with American cheese, Mayo, Tweedy's Sauce, and Bacon, as well as the Turkey Burger with American cheese, Mayo, Lettuce, Tomatoes, and Grilled Onions.
Although there was a small mishap with our order and the bacon was missing from the Double Cheeseburger, it did not take away from the overall experience. The burgers were juicy and flavorful, cooked to perfection. The Tweedy's Sauce added a unique and delicious twist to the burgers that we absolutely loved.
We were also impressed with Chrissy, who was very helpful in taking our order despite it only being her second day. Her customer service skills were top-notch and she made our dining experience even more enjoyable.
The large fry we shared was crispy and seasoned just right, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality of food we received. We chose to sit at the bar and enjoy our meal, with bar drinks this time.
Overall, Tweedy's Burgers exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be returning to try more of their delicious burgers. It's a must-visit for burger lovers in the Norwood area!
