Super cute shop with amazing gelato! I tried some of the vegan flavors and they were out of this world. I’m not vegan, but will consistently be getting these because the texture and flavor was amazing. The pistachio is legit pistachio. Everyone in our group loved the flavor they chose, so I think it’s impossible to make a bad choice. The staff was super friendly! A total gem in Cincinnati!!
Incredible Gelato. There are some good old-fashioned traditional flavors if you want something you already know, and there are unique new flavors to stretch your palate.
Real gelato - no fake stuff. Excellent!
My goodness! Although I will say as someone from NKY it did seem a little overpriced, the gelato was soooooo good. The cherry one was running out but I got as much of it as I could and the rest as hazlenut chocolate. I would buy the cherry one in gallons if I could. Owner and her son are super sweet (and Italian) which made everything better. My friend got the lemon one which is dairy free and really good too. Loved it!
Super creamy gelato, made in shop! The coffee was excellent, would definitely recommend.
Very good gelato with great flavor and a perfect texture. It was creamy and soft, which I prefer over when ice cream or gelato is too hard and cold. I got 3 flavors: salted caramel, toasted coconut, and sweet cream. My friend got coffee, which I was told was good too.
Truly some of the best ice cream in all of Cincinnati.
What an adorable shop! Evie took such good care of us. She’s adorable too! The chocolates are made with extremely high quality ingredients and are to die for! If you’re ever in the area you MUST stop in and see Evie and let her help you with your chocolate cravings. This shop does not disappoint!
If you are looking for authentic gelato, uGOgelato by Findlay Market is a must. Disclaimer, what it’s not; sugary ice cream or fake plastic tasting gelato. This is the real deal. What you taste is subtle but flavorful genuine ingredients that remind you of once upon a time when you were a kid. Cinci is lucky to have this gelato gem in our backyard.
Delicious! Tried for the first time. The pistachio, amarena yogurt, and tiramisu gelatos were all delightful! Reasonable prices and servings too! :-)

Coffee Java chip is so delicious! Fantastic service! Delicious and refreshing gelato. Definitely recommend coming here!
uGO Gelato is a must-visit! Everything is made in-house, and you can really taste the care and quality in every flavor. I had the pomegranate gelato, and it was absolutely refreshing—light, vibrant, and bursting with real fruit flavor. I also love that they offer a vegan selection, which makes it easy for everyone to find something delicious. The staff was welcoming, and the shop had a clean, inviting vibe. This place is a true standout for gelato lovers!
We’re visiting from Atlanta and always make it a point to try local ice cream and gelato spots wherever we go—and this one absolutely deserves a review! The flavors are rich, creamy, and clearly crafted with care. On top of that, the owner is so kind and welcoming, which made the experience even sweeter. It’s always a joy to support a small business that puts so much heart into what they do.
Great experience. The chef/owner was friendly and warm upon entering. Offered us samples of the gelatos. Answered questions I had. The quality of the gelato is outstanding. The flavor was great. The price is fair. I also saw she had cakes in the case and she said that she makes them there in house as well. They looked amazing. I would love to try one of those next time I come here.
Decadent and decently priced. This spot is filled with dreamy creamy flavors and even had plant-based gelato (and sorbet). Such a good find. Real Gelato made right here in Cincy by someone from Sicily. Can’t get any better. It will be my “must-get” treat whenever visiting Findlay Market. Plus. They have take-home pints as well.
