1987- DECEMBER 2023I grew up right down the road on Marburg Ave. I always cherished the weekend days when I got to walk to this UDF with my Dad. He worked a lot, but always made the time for his children. It was just a few blocks from home. I definitely like this location! I just went in there and got a malt which was on sale and was wonderful. The girl that made it did a wonderful job. She was very kind and so was her coworker. I got the U Drive card & both girls were very kind and took the time to explain how it works as well as benefits. This is a favorite stop for me and my roommates, mainly because of the ice cream :). In my humble opinion, I would come here over Graeter's 9/10 times. There are a variety of flavors of hard scoop ice cream as well as shakes and sundaes. The prices are low (can get a double scoop on a waffle cone for less than $5). I have friends that are cautious because it's "gas station ice cream". They're just missing out. In comparison, their competition Graeter's does have a creamier consistency....read full review
