When I got to the Urbana Cafe counter, I was frustrated because parking was difficult and it took me 30 minutes to find a spot, BUT Urbana turned my mood around - the barista was very friendly and held a conversation with me about traveling and my caramel latte was exactly what I needed to warm me up on a chilly day.

Wait time for two lattes was over 30min... The guy making the drinks took his sweet time, no sense of urgency. Also, if they are aware of their wait times, maybe don't have only one person making drinks?? We won't be returning simply for the fact of waiting over 30mim for two small drinks. Also, the Pumpkin Spice Latte literally had no PS flavoring. Drinks were underwhelming and the wait time was extremely long. I would like to note as well that we only had 5 people in front of us... So 30+ min wait with only 5 drinks in front of us, just unacceptable.

Haley is such a friendly, attentive barista. I look forward to her making my coffee and seeing a friendly face. She definitely draws in customers with an uplifting attitude and always makes your drinks quickly even if it is a specialty order. Her standards for espresso and the quality of a great cup of coffee are unmatched! Love the Findlay market location!! Jessie and Tyler are great too, always available to answer my questions and share a laugh. Keep up the good work, guys!

Dropping a five star review here for the fabulous experience we had with the Urbana team this morning. Their team was hustling to turn orders with the busy Saturday market crowd. We both thoroughly enjoyed our seasonal drinks of orange spice and pumpkin spice. If you're less on the sweet train, I suggest the orange spice. They also had a seasonal eggnog cappuccino with local eggnog that caught my eye. Next time We also picked up a bag of beans as our souvenir for the trip. Overall, a fabulous experience with their friendly team and the bustling Findlay Market atmosphere.

Pumpkin spice latte was so refreshing. My husband got an earl grey tea iced and loved it. Service was excellent. The location was right in the Findlay market, so convenient.
Coming from Minnesota to stop off at the market. Good cozy cold-brew coffee while shopping around.

I was enjoying my time at Findlay Market, when I spotted Urbana Café. I had seen great reviews about it and decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, my experience did not align with those great reviews. The Urbana Café is located on the outer area of Findlay Market, nestled near the middle of the side near Makers Baker. Urbana Café really keeps the area neat and very clean, to say the least. I looked over their menu of coffee offerings and decided on an Iced Caramel Latte. When I approached the counter, I waited on the woman at the cash register to help me. She glanced at me briefly before grumbling, "He'll help you over there." A friendly young man came from the back, took my order and asked another coworker to make my drink. The woman at the cash register put the Square payment block on the counter so I could pay. She didn't look at me the whole time and when the bill was paid, she handed me the receipt without even a thank you. The young man and the other coworker at least said a "bye", or "see you next time". Iced Caramel Latte in hand, I took a quick couple of sips and tasted...nothing. No caramel, no flavor of any kind. In fact, it did not even taste like the coffee I drink from my own home. It was just bland, bitter liquid with ice. After trying to get my money's worth, I threw it away. I'm glad others had a great experience with a really good tasting coffee. However, after the treatment from the cashier and the bitter iced coffee, I cannot recommend this place at all.
