Great Art Deco style coffee shop. Plenty of room to sit. Great coffee.
It was our first visit, we prepared to visit the cafe at a quiet time and the experience was very wonderful, the place is spacious, the decor is wonderful and the barista is an artist who prepared coffee for us, a cup of latte and a cup of hot cappuccino as we wanted. I recommend visiting it and I will definitely repeat the visit☕
I’m a regular customer at this cafe, and I generally appreciate the professionalism and kindness of most of the staff. However, the barista who worked today (I’m not sure if he’s a new employee) was quite hostile to me when I asked about their pastries. His cold demeanor left me feeling disrespected. The coffee is great, no doubt, but as someone who often buys their coffees, pastries, and even cups, I don’t think the service is appropriate to keep regular customers.
.....a slice of heaven! With a cup of coffee
Stopped by for a quick coffee run, but unfortunately, it was a letdown. For a place that roasts its own coffee, I expected much better quality. Instead, I ended up paying over $20 for three to-go coffees that were absolutely terrible—weak, bitter, and poorly made. At this price point, there’s no excuse for subpar coffee.
The atmosphere and location are nice, but the quality doesn’t match the cost. They really need to focus on training their Saturday baristas better because the inconsistency is unacceptable. Been to many coffee shops around the US. If you’re charging premium prices, the coffee should reflect that.
Excellent coffee.
Came in on a Thursday at midday and the coffee shop is easily accesible. No going up elevators nor going into a maze to find it. As soon as you find the building, you just walk into the coffee shop. The smell of coffee beans fills your nostrils and gives you that “I’m ready to ROCK” feeling. The shop could use a little more of vacuuming and cleaning crumbs from the earlier clients. I was expecting my coffee to be on a mug but it came in a disposable cup which tarnished my experience a little. The ambience is filled with colors, fast paced city life, and driven people. Perfect for a coffee shop that is named after an urban setting. The baristas were friendly and fast with my order!

This was a great building to park at for the Bengals Ravens game. It costed $20 and was about 1.3 miles from the stadium.

Super great location close to fountain square but honestly for a place that roasts its own coffee this should have been much better.
