The food here is incredible and I really enjoy it. Always a good selection and variety. The only reason I'm giving this particular cafe 4 stars is because of one of their staff. I come by here just occasionally to grab a coffee or lunch as it's near my work. However, I've come to dread my interactions with one of the staff members. There is a woman at this cafe who doesn't have any type of people skills, which wouldn't matter except that this is a customer service job. There is a constant hostile tone and nothing short of derision when you ask about something on the menu. I haven't seen her in the other cafe in Pendleton so I'm not sure if she works there as well. She is very good at making coffee and sandwiches so I will not fault her for that. But her blatant disdain for the customers, which I've witnessed several times, is a bit much. Again, food and coffees are great and the handmade food is always delicious.

I had to stop going to there despite the coffee and products being pretty good, the girl that works the counter is just not happy to have that job and is mostly rude. When I do go there, there is always some sort of issue that makes the interaction even more awkward and frustrating.
