We could not have asked for a better experience that working with The Transept for our wedding. From the first tour through the wedding itself the entire staff was accessible, listened to our questions, and genuinely cared that we had a great event. We still have guests talking about the incredible food, service and beautiful venue. Unfortunately we had a medical emergency during the event. The staff was absolutely perfect first in making sure everyone was safe, and then in taking care of us and enabling us to still have the kind of night that dreams are made of. We cannot recommend this place enough.

Our wedding was everything we dreamed of and more and The Transept / Delightmore team was a huge reason for that. Not once did I have to worry about anything day of because they had it handled. The day ran so smoothly, really letting Eric and I focus on enjoying it all! We are so thankful for everything they did!!

Our day was everything we ever dreamed of and it would not have been possible without their amazing team. Booking The Transept was one of the best decisions we made while wedding planning. The venue is gorgeous, but what made it even better was working with Corey + Sayre. They were incredibly responsive, very professional, and went above and beyond to ensure we had the perfect day. We had a great experience at EVERY touchpoint including booking, planning, design meeting, the tasting, the final details meeting, and even payments (they made it so easy!) At the wedding, we had fantastic, white-glove service all day and night. And the catering was truly SO GOOD! (I know everyone says that, but I mean it!) We would choose them a thousand times over!

Our daughter’s wedding ceremony and reception were at The Transept. It was a true pleasure to work with Delightmore on every level. From our first tour through to the end of the reception over a year later, there’s nothing bad to say. As an organization, they were completely transparent on costs, organized on billing and the owners accessible for questions and reassurance. The team we worked with was incredibly competent, thorough, and responsive. Super special shout out to Corey for all her hard work and sensitivity to “secret surprises” I was keeping from my daughter and apparently a secret surprise my daughter was keeping from me! And all her extra work of coordinating with each vendor made the day and evening run without a hitch. Corey and Sayre never waited long before answering my million questions along the way and were ALWAYS supportive and upbeat and helpful. Denise and Kim were tireless and on top of EVERY rehearsal and day-of detail. And thanks to Lauren for all her efficient, kind and extraordinary behind-the-scenes work to ensure everything ran smoothly all the way through our décor pickup days later. The food was outstanding and incredibly plentiful! Many guests were impressed by the quality commenting on “the best steak I ever had" and “Wow” when referring to the whole meal. As the mom of the bride doubling as the planner, I am thankful beyond words to this team who instilled confidence over the year of planning and took over when it mattered so my husband and I could be present and enjoy gifting our daughter and new son-in-law the wedding of their dreams.

The location in the heart of OTR could not have been more perfect for our many out-of-town guests and the venue itself is beautiful, with so many unique features to utilize, like the gorgeous bridal suite tower and fun cocktail hour space downstairs. But the real magic of the Transept is their staff and the level of service they provide. From our very first tour, they were on-top of every detail and responsive to every question we had. Corey, in particular, did an amazing job stepping in as our main point of contact from our tasting onwards and was always a delight to meet with. And speaking of our tasting… wow! The food the DelightMore team provides is truly outstanding and we heard so many compliments from our guests on it. My 91 year old grandmother even declared her beef tenderloin the best she has ever had. :) Thank you all again for an amazing day. We cannot recommend The Transept and DelightMore more highly!

If you want to enjoy your wedding, and the entire planning process, you should 100% have the Transept as your venue. The team from top to bottom was extremely easy to work with, so nice, and know what it takes to put on a great event. They truly think of everything, so that you don’t have to. They go above and beyond to make the planning process fun and easy. Not only are the behind the scenes people great (Corey, Misti, Lauren), but the venue staff the day of our wedding were just as fabulous. One of our guests shared this story with us the day after our wedding: she was talking with a group and happened to say “wow that hors d'oeuvre looks good”. The server happened to hear her and told her that she’d go get another for her because the plate ran out. The server found her outside on the patio, after searching for her, and served her the appetizer on her own individual plate. That’s the above and beyond service that you will get with the Transept team!! The last thing I will say is that they have so much experience, and run like a well oiled machine, but allow you to customize each detail so that your wedding is still custom to what you want. Booking with the Transept team was hands down the best decision we made.
