Stumbled across Waffle House and walked inside. Keyz welcomed us and treated us better than any server in the city -past two tears at least. And Mike was the best cook! Everything was perfect.

This Waffle House location has lost its value. I have been here a few times over the past few years and never had any problems but now it’s out of control. Today was the icing on the cake after seeing a baby roach while ordering my food. It just goes to show they don’t care to properly sanitize their restaurant. I won’t be going back to this location. This is disgusting!!!

Waiting for far too long to be seated without any communication from the staff. No eye contact, no acknowledgement that I will be seated. Then I watch people who arrive after me jump in line and take seats and occupy dirty tables. The staff has no control over the diner. Staff made it right by taking off 10%.
