Stumbled across Waffle House and walked inside. Keyz welcomed us and treated us better than any server in the city -past two tears at least. And Mike was the best cook! Everything was perfect.
Waiting for far too long to be seated without any communication from the staff. No eye contact, no acknowledgement that I will be seated. Then I watch people who arrive after me jump in line and take seats and occupy dirty tables. The staff has no control over the diner. Staff made it right by taking off 10%.
I'm lucky to always get hot food just how I want it. Sometimes the hash browns aren't quite as done as I like them but the scrambled eggs with cheese is always perfect, sausage is great and can't be without my raisin toast with apple butter! Service was great, server was attentive and friendly.
