Had breakfast with my wife, daughter and grandson. I had an omelet made to order with ham, mushrooms and onions. Pretty good size and they didn't skimp on the fillings. Wife had biscuits and gravy, daughter had hash brown bowl, grandson had waffle with chocolate chips and they all liked what they had. Food came out after 10 or 15 minutes which was okay considering how busy they were, being Saturday between 8 and 9

For some reason (that is still a mystery to me), my daughter loves Waffle House. However, I must admit that at this location there is a waitress named Nikki who was very nice to us and had very good manners and I even heard her talking about books with the customer at the next table!! She even spoke Spanish with us to refill our coffee. I know that the workers at this store are not very well paid and are usually exhausted and discouraged, so I really appreciated how nice and polite she was.

I actually did not get a chance to order or eat because the waitress was so abrasive, I just left to avoid conflict. I had visited this location only once before, not long after it opened. I didn't eat that time either because the plates and utensils were filthy. I like waffle house in general but I will NEVER visit this location again. I hope this review helps someone else with their life decisions.

If my Togo order says 5 containers, then that's what I should have. Stop trying to think for me and fake save space and end up not giving me all of my food for all of the people I'm purchasing for. THEN have the nerve to not have a phone line. I'm so pissed.

Sat here for 10mins waiting to even be greeted 3servers took care of everybody else, knew table, one carryout, both came in after me. When I asked is there a server who is on bartop, I was told by the girl with the gap in her teeth "we see you, we will get to you" when in reality I was in first i should have at least been greeted first.. so I left because my tips are worth way more than she would have got than waiting for a carry out order. If this is the new service they can keep it. Will never visit this location again if they okay with taking carryout orders over dine in orders seeing how most dine in orders tip more than carry out. Oh and they didn't salt they driveway so it's hell pulling in and out. Beware. Go around 2pm

When this location first opened i would pick up breakfast once a week. After COVID the employee turnover was bad and it seemed like there were new people every week. I've cut back going because they've been burning the food. It comes and goes with whatever cooks they hire. My last few orders were great, and they had good cooks but this last order they had a different cook and the bread was burnt and the bacon was so crisp you could break a tooth. The service is great, the servers are friendly and i always tip well but why should i when my food is burnt up?
Terrible service I asked can someone take out order after no one even greeted us the manager said I’ll just be waiting he said we’re hiring if you want a job I said we didn’t come for a job we came to eat he began telling everyone not to serve me I was totally lost they cleaned 3 tables off 2 sets of family came in an day down an yet not one person said anything to us I will never go back again staff sucked an so did mangment

It is a very bad service on my Sunday morning, I bring my family to breakfast and the cositeros are palling among themselves and I already have 10 minutes waiting for my food, they should place an order because they are frequent customers

What can I say all the food was fresh and delicious. Marcy was an excellent host and she took good care of us even though we didn't receive our gravy which is okay because the amount of gravy on the biscuits was perfect for using for the hash browns. All in all I will have to say I was very offended by the way that the unit manager on shift was hanging on the females shoulders and what's antagonizing for about 10 minutes straight because of just one small mistake. Very true. The fork and the knife should be placed on a napkin before customer sits down, but I told her to take her time with cleaning the other tables. You may have not heard it because you were too busy blabbering to another employee. All in all I give this place a 3 out of 10. Sorry

I had stopped coming to this location because it’s always chaotic and the food be wrong. I didn’t like the fact that I had to order online because I’m specific with my ordering and online doesn’t allow it but I was able to tell the young lady and she communicated it effectively. Greg had that line running like a well oiled machine and I appreciated that. Good job, Greg!

Apparently they have their own verbiage and processing the words for anything else is hard. Another server saved the day and food then was great.
