It was ideal. The server(Nikki) and the cook(Shay) were a great team! Orders were too the letter. Food was cooked well. I felt welcomed and not rushed.

I gave the lady at the register a tip and I never should have. She went and sat in her car instead of bringing me my order. I waited 30mins for my order. She works Friday mornings and doesn't give a F. The cook was a great dude

Tried going in at 12 am on June 11th pull in the parking lot to 2 dudes smoking pot. They go inside real quick. Lock the doors and just stare at us. Unbelievable.

The food was great but the service SUCKED! 😞 The servers spent the ENTIRE time sitting in the corner up front gossiping and counting their tips, not paying attention to the customers. They were loud, rude and very disruptive. I've never been in an atmosphere so ghetto and I won't EVER patronize this particular location again... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

We stopped for something to take home to eat. My husband goes into order. Two problems: my husband asks if there a carry out surcharge. Then they tell him that there is! They certainly did not offer this information! The 2nd issue is that the surcharge is 20% additional to take it to go!!! 20% is lot. For our order that would have been about $2.50! This bothers me because a- not telling you about the charge and b- such a high charge to cook some food and plop it in a to go container. We will not be back!

Great late night food run! Pick up at window but service was fast.
I originally placed an order with DoorDash from the Woodlawn store and (I wasn’t aware at the time it was that store) I wasn’t missing a whole meal and a waffle and the manager at the Colerain Location took it upon hisself and remade my food because DoorDash refused to refund my order. I’m usually so cranky when I don’t eat and I only wanted the waffle for my co worker and I was going somewhere else but the fact that he took it upon his self to fix an order that WOODLAWN made me a forever customer for the Colerain location I will be picking my up from now on with them. I didn’t get the manager name but it was a gentleman who worked Thursday April 3, 2025 the morning shift I would say around 9:10am

Had breakfast with my wife, daughter and grandson. I had an omelet made to order with ham, mushrooms and onions. Pretty good size and they didn't skimp on the fillings. Wife had biscuits and gravy, daughter had hash brown bowl, grandson had waffle with chocolate chips and they all liked what they had. Food came out after 10 or 15 minutes which was okay considering how busy they were, being Saturday between 8 and 9
Recommended dishes: Waffle House Ham and Cheese Omelette, Hashbrown Bowl, Sausage, Gravy, Chocolate Chip Waffle
