Food was good but service was terrible. We waited about 15 min before being acknowledged, even though there were only 2 other customers. Our waitress failed to let us know that some of the things we ordered were unavailable until we asked, then offered no substitutions. After our food was brought to us we were never offered refills or asked if our food was good or even given our check. Will not be returning to this location.

Absolute horrendous service, would give zero stars if i could. Family and I sat there for 15 minutes without being acknowledged. Family near us ordered and got their food, we were still not acknowledged. Two minutes before we left we saw a couple walk in and from our car we could see them placing their order. We overheard a take out ordered being told by a worker that the chili may make them sick due to the prior third shift not refreshing it. This site is poorly managed as several employees seemed to be doing nothing. We ended up driving to the one on rt 4, 15 min away, and we're immediately acknowledged and placed our order within 30 sec. I recommend anyone to go to any other waffle house in the area and avoid this location

The store was disgustingly dirty.Then, when I ordered my food, I waited for over twenty minutes for them to make my order wrong.When I came back in the cashier was combative, telling me that I ordered what was on my food, which was jalapenos, waited again to receive my food, looked at my receipt.And seen that they charge two fifty to eat out and two fifty to carry out an extra five dollars.That's not disclose when you're placing your order.You only know you pay this money.When you get your receipt, ridiculous, any way to beat the customer

The waiting staff was great but the food was DELICIOUS! Greg cooked us some scrambled eggs that were literally the best eggs I’ve ever had in my whole life. Good job guys!
091325 my first time at this location. 1515 hrs on a Saturday. It was SLOOOOOW. lol. Got sausage, egg & cheese has brown bowl. It was quite good! Server was very soft spoken & meaker but did a great job. I will go back. Not a lot of parking & you can only go north on Colerain Ave when you leave. The place is right across the street from the new Killed in Action dealership other wise known as KIA! lol. I wouldn't want to be ya in a kia!

I was saddened by the end of late night table talk at the waffle house 😔 times have changed, I understand that but as I ordered thru a window and waited on the sidewalk for a Togo bag, I felt like a whole experience has come to an end. Employees were cool, food was great but It is a sad day to know that dine in closes at midnight.

Paid for biscuits and gravy and 3 orders of hash browns with gravy and all I got was 1 biscuit cut in half that was burnt and was told they had no gravy so the hash browns were plain and dry as could be. Do not use online ordering they will let you pay for food they don't even have and then not offer a refund of any kind.

Was in here 8/1/25 for dinner, 3 adults and a kid. 1 server, young, 1 cook, but 5 minutes after we got there we were the ONLY customers. They need to say something to their staff. Server stood still, doing nothing, for 15-20 minutes after we ordered, and took 5 minutes to get the drinks after our third request. Had to ask for a side 3 times. THE PLACE WAS EMPTY AND SERVER WAS DOING NOTHING. Not prep, not cleaning, nothing, standing stilll maybe looking at phone.The cook was busy at the grill for a bit, and not giving him grief, but he could have said something to the motionless server.
