I have ordered from this place 3 times. Every single time something in the order is wrong. Well, third times the charm, it has convinced me to stop ordering from a place that sent me a burnt waffle that was supposed to be a chocolate chip waffle (no chocolate chips) and I ordered a side of bacon (for $5 which is crazy) and that didn’t come either. All they do is DoorDash delivery orders, so I’m not sure why they are so terrible at their jobs, but I’m done handing them my money for literally nothing. Go to literally any other Waffle House for your orders if possible.

Visited the Waffle House in Cincinnati, OH and it was VERY clean, the staff were so pleasant and fast in service. Will visit you guys again my next trip that way. .....oh and I had the Strawberry cheesecake waffle. Delish! 😋

The male cook had great service but there was a woman working with him that had very poor service and she was more occupied with her phone. Very rude to the customers. Although the food was good. I'll do my best not to attend during her work hours
