When we entered the restaurant, no one greeted us stood there for 10 to 15 minutes looking at a table that needed to be cleared. We to go ask the manager if we could get that table, she then pointed to the server and said that’s her table and left us standing there very unprofessional

The old manager girl is so rude while dining I heard her be snappy to a younger boy i think a customer?!?! and then snap at an employee its super unprofessional to yell at staff while customers can hear. It also smelled like weed in the restaurant which i get its a waffle house but it reaked! The manager seemed abusive to staff and this is not the first time iv had that experience while dining

This is the best waffle house that I have found in Cincinnati. The staff are courteous and prompt. The eggs are always perfectly cooked. The weight staff keeps everything in the serving area clean. These people are so friendly and they make me happy!

Every time I order out from this location they always forget something today they forgot chocolate chips on waffle and side of of sausage gravy. Why do I pay for these things and don’t get them, plus the order was “ready” when I got there but of course when I get home it’s missing items. I’m done this is not the first time this has happened, I shouldn’t have to check to see if everything is in the bag, they should be able to do their job without that happening.

Horrible service. My husband walked in to place an order and they told him they no longer take walk ins and had to order online. When he finally placed his order and paid he sat waiting for another 30 minutes waiting. When he went up to ask if the order was ready the lady had a terrible attitude. He came home and the eggs was literally raw, as if they put them on the burner for a few seconds. NEVER AGAIN!!! Get new management or close them down.
