Time waiting is long, don't have coca cola productos in the soda machine, you have to ask for ice, ketchup and soda.

Never again. I don’t know why I keep giving this place a chance, it just keeps getting worse. Stood here 15 minutes without so much as an acknowledgment. The past two times I have been here I have been given a fork to eat my chili. I have had a drink dropped out of the window as well as my debit card. Nothing is ever even close to ready. They are constantly out of product. Just do us a favor and close the doors, maybe we can get a Burger King instead.

No customer service, order was behind the counter, ready, but no one bothered to ask or look. 15 minutes to receive a mobile order. Just garbage. Cold food. Received someone else's order along with mine. Just no.

I ordered a number 6 with white onions no mayo around 11pm. She acted as if she did not know what whites onion were. I helped to the best I could and also asked for fresh food and stated I would wait. I was asked to pull up to wait for fresh product. They brung my food room temperature. The person bringing the food was very polite reason for 2 stars. I pulled back around and stated my fries were not fresh. I then get fresh fries but smaller than the original. I did not notice until I was almost home. Of course if I’d turn back around what service would I had received with already receiving mediocrity
?!. You guessed it, horrible service with a possibly of drop food on the floor or spit on and I wasn’t taking the chance. I feel this was done intentionally. The person taking the orders clearly had an attitude and just tolerates her job. The person bringing out the food had great consumer support.

Downloaded the app for a late night dinner My daughter and I both use the app to order our food put up to the drive-thru they couldn't find my order they work very willing to help either So I pull around and walk into the store which the door apparently should have been locked and the woman that was talking to the drive-thru came over and was fussing that I was able to come in awkward. She still have problems finding my receipt but eventually did and the young man trying to make the food asking me questions she was hovering over him griping the whole time about where everything goes but he seemed to have it under control. Get my two drink cups and they're out of zero sugar soda of any kind ask her if she could fill it up back there she said no we don't have it My thoughts is that she just didn't want to do it. So we go home with drinks that we paid for and no drink options that we could use. We had ordered two frosty's and one of them was only half full. My large french fry looks like a small french fry and a large box didn't come close to being full and the meat on my burger was so dry that I had to remove the bun to eat it because it was making my mouth pasty. But the attitude the sarcasm the irritation that I got from this female that I don't know she was a manager or not was really degrading. I had to ask for my drink cups and she told me I had to fill them up out there I'm like okay normally they do it behind the counter but I went out & there was no zero sugar soda at all So I went and asked if she could fill it up behind the counter she said they didn't have any there. At this point I was being as nice as I possibly could because I just wanted my food made right so we could go home and eat. The next morning I woke up as soon as they open and asked if they had zero sugar soda available and they said yes So what magic soda person was able to fill it up between last night and opening this morning I don't know pretty sure I was just being lied to so I paid for a drink that I didn't get to use. Actually I paid for food that wasn't really edible and all I got was attitude. So I hope this helps to make your decision find another restaurant or a different Wendy's close by and don't eat here. I have pictures of my food but I don't have the option to upload them for whatever reason If I can figure out how to do that I will put them on here but for now steer clear from this restaurant. Oh yes the next day we all had sour stomach and that is the only place we all ate at the same place. It did not feel very well. TUMS TUMS TUMS. Perhaps someone from corporate should come in and retrain these people especially on their attitude they're cleanliness and their ability to make fresh food.
Kid-friendliness: With the attitude the sarcasm and the unfriendliness I would not bring my children here I wouldn't even bring my emotional support dog care The atmosphere is tense and the store is not up to par being clean ever

Went through the drive thru and was told I had to come in to place an order because I had 4 meals. The policy is 5 and when I told him it was 4 meals, he said it was 4+.
Don’t go here in the evening. You will sit in a empty drive thru line for about 30 mins for them to tell you there ether only doing door dash or it’s a shift change no money at the register even if your paying with card won’t take your order. The workers must come from Temu they hang in the parking lot just to tell you when you drive up there system is down. Worthless workers and fast food restaurant.

I walked 11 miles home from kenwood. Hadn’t eaten in 25 hours or something stopped in at this wendys. Staff was friendly and even checked to make sure I had a charge to turn my phone back on. I ordered two different types of triple cheese burgers and a ghost chicken sandwich. Ate them and continued my walk home. Wonderful experience. The Muenster cheese I wish was melted or something. Other than that it was perfect

Fries were old and cold as if rewarmed and served. I live 1 block from there there is no way they should have been cold.
