Awful!!!We were told to pull up and wait with no line!!Thinking ok hot and fresh lol NO OLD AND COLD!!!The potatoes were disgusting!!!NEVER again!!!
I work in the service industry and will never understand how hard is apparently is to not put cheese on a burger. Every. Single. Time. It's exhausting. Literally just read the 'No Cheese' it's genuinely not that hard. I'm so tired of having to tell you to remake something that takes 3.5 minutes to make and I'm even saving you .5 minutes by Not Having Cheese. Just read the order!!!!
Ordered a number 1 double with extra pickles and got a kids meal. Almost 12.00 for this. Im guessing the drive thru attendant was high considering he gave me my drink then gave me a burger then gave me another bag for my fries and then at the end of it asked me for my card which I had already given him.
I am not a fast food person, but the manager (Cat) made my experience here so enjoyable I would come back. I was n the middle of a meeting trying to get my technology to do what I wanted it to do. She saw my need and actually took my money and grabbed my coffee for me. After the class, she facilitateted my meatless diet and prepared something that was actually good on the veggie side. Her demeanor was welcoming, pleasant and professional. In this day and age, that is a miracle in itself. I received actual customer service from a fast-food entity. She should train the rest of the industry.
I preordered on app and it still took over 45 minutes in drive thru to get my food. Sat in one spot in drive thru for over 35 minutes with 5 cars in front of me that whole time.
The food wasn't as fresh as it once was and the staff isn't as friendly.
They made a mistake and gave us a small fry instead of a medium but 2 employees were so kind in fixing the issue we have no complaints. Thank you employees!
Trying to get me some energy back after some food poisoning I be Damm the hamburger was so dry , the French fries were so over done I just prayed eaten a little bit to get strength gave the birds alot to eat
The road access for this store is rotten thanks to the road work(for months) being performed in front. but you CAN get in.!. The burger was made to order and was great, the fries were hot and crispy, good soft drinks. Pleasant window lady.

Unfortunately, terrible service. Waited for 10min for someone to take my order, acknowledged by three people, but was told to wait for the employee in the bathroom.
Maybe I’ll try Wendy’s in a couple years. Seems to be a pattern across locations.
Long wait times, food cold and not fresh at all. I paid $13 for a number 2 bacanator comboCustomer service is lacking and I always feel like the workers are in training because they're clueless when it comes to taking an order. Wrong food all the time, this place is just so disappointing. They need to do better at this location!
If I could write a review with NO stars, this place would get it. We pull up to the drive thru to place our order, the guy comes on the speaker & says u gotta come in to order, I'm in the bathroom right now.. my husband & I looked at each other like are u kidding me? So we ultimately left here & went to Chick-fil-A.. absolutely disgusting if u ask me. Every time we come here there is only 1 or 2 people working & they are beyond slow & incompetent!!
