First let me say the African American women named Tasha with the purple braids was absolutely amazing. Long story short my sauce wasn’t in the bag so I came back she apologized and gave me the sauce. I get all the way home about to eat my meal and realized this is not what I ordered. Obviously I’m irritated now, but fine, I put my shoes back on get in the car and go all the way back. I get there and someone else was at the window so I’m thinking yeah we about to have problems.. after the young man listened to my issue he shut the window and started to explain to someone what happened.. then TASHA shows up. She said this your second time back absolutely not!! I’m so sorry let me get you together do u have time? Now, part of me wanted to be so rude because I’m not feeling well I have a headache and it’s just not my day. So reluctantly I’m like yes I’ll wait. TASHA!!! made everything fresh even gave me a large when I didn’t ask nor was I expecting that. She has such a positive attitude you can’t help but treat her kind and with respect. I really hope she is in a position of power and if not, SHE NEEDS TO BE. She is a example of what a LEADER is. I hope this reaches the owner so she can be rewarded because she literally didn’t have to do that. I NEVER go to this Wendy’s because it has a bad reputation. But again I wasn’t feeling well, and needed to eat. I’m glad I stopped because TASHA WAS AWESOME!! I’ll definitely be blessing her, she deserves it. I know it’s just a review but TASHA WITH THE PURPLE knotless BRAIDS deserves some praise for treating people kind and having amazing customer service skills. THANK YOU TASHA!!

This establishment doesn’t even deserve a star. Forest park needs to shut this down immediately. The workers are unprofessional, and RUDE as hell. You would think they’re high schoolers they’re GROWN adults. Even the high schoolers are a mess. They will spit in your food and even tell you they want to come out and fight you. Why does it have to come down to this? To an argument and possibly leading to a physical fight. AT WENDYS. I’ll be making a call to HR, to get a follow up of the peoples names that work at this establishment. This is unacceptable.

The manager was noticably argumentative with staff. The staff wasn't terribly helpful. The big guy seemed to know what to do, but that's it.

Guy didn't even know which drinks they usually serve. Another employee had to inform me it was not available today. And then he wanted to act out. Do yourselves a favor. The Fairfield one has competent and pleasant staff. Got my food from that one so quick I was still in the process of getting my refund from the jerks down the street

I don’t know who in their right mind thinks it’s okay to bring kids to work at a fast-food restaurant. I’ve never seen this happen at any other fast-food place I’ve been to. This is a place with hot fryers, sharp tools, and constant rushing around — not a daycare. It felt unprofessional and very overstimulating

I went here today waited in line, waited like 5 minutes at the speaker just to order, then spent almost $13 on an incomplete meal.
I realized at the light they hadn’t put everything in the bag, but I didn’t have time to make the u turn and go back.
Frustrating that you can’t trust employees to put what you ordered in the bag.

Update, fries weren’t hot, the chicken in the sandwich was so dry and the texture so bad, I couldn’t even eat half of it.

Placed a mobile order for breakfast, showed up and the lobby was locked! Manager told me the lobby “is closed”. Then informed me that items I ordered online weren’t available here and had to do substitutions. On numerous occasions I have come here and my order is ALWAYS wrong.
