Very slow And the workers did not care at all and didn’t take a single order from the dining room until there was about eight people and half of them we’re getting really irritated and the workers still didn’t care. Worst Wendy’s in the Fairfield area if I was you, I would go to the one up the street

Bunch of idiots working there. Its ALWAYS an issue. Long wait lines, incorrect orders. I placed on order on doordash tonight and they gave my order to someone else so when my Doordarsh driver arrived they gave him a hard time and claimed that someone else picked up my order. The dasher had to leave. Im calling corporate in the morning. At this point, just shut the store down

This place needs to be shut down ASAP!!!!I’ll start with How disgusting the parking lot is filled with garbage . The manager with the gap in her teeth is a idiot who made her manager I’m sorry but she doesnt know what she’s doing she can’t Multitask for nothing , she closed the drive thru on us then when we walk in at 10:25 she said sorry breakfast is over guys …. She needs to be fired if you don’t want your business going down hill which from the looks of it looks to be just there !!! Worst Wendy’s ever I should suggest anyone don’t got there .

I gave a 1 because there wasn't anything less than that. The person at the windows was very rude. The bacon on our Jr. Bacon was undercooked and food cold. The window person smiled,batted their fake eyelashes and nasty looking fake nails and said " there is nothing I can for you love" Besides wanting to vomit over that display - we won't be buying their disgusting food again either

Ordered through the app and they were out of the item I had ordered (chili). That is not the issue, but I was told at the store I would have to request a refund through the app (as opposed to just being offered a different menu item of similar price). So I chat with customer service in the app, which you guessed it, tells me to contact the general manager of the store. The GM of the store, Brenda, has been telling me via e-mail she will refund me for weeks, but even after sending my credit card number (not sure why they cannot just pull up the order and issue a refund), this still hasn't happened. Poor communication and behind the times at resolving something as simple as refunding for an item I did not receive, so I won't be back. At this point I am just disputing with my bank.

They are never open when they are supposed to be concerning breakfast. Which is everyday. Why have breakfast spray painted on the building and advertising it in your sign when you never open for it ? I hope they tear this one down and replace with something better .

Went there earlier this week, it was decent. Probably bc district was running around. Went today, it was like half my salad was missing, fries weren't cooked all the way (floppy and light), no ice, little miss white girl was rolling her eyes at me from afar when I pulled up. Probably bc I had a bigger order. I understand being miserable, as we all are right now but you also chose to work in the misery of fast food. So, at least do your job just a tad better, or finish cooking the food.

As a whole, you're going to get about the same type of food as other Wendy's. However, the service at this location is atrocious. Be prepared for np one to look at you and ignore you in the drive thru. Likewise, when you go inside be prepared for everyone to treat you like an annoyance.

The guy who took my order was very friendly and polite but the big fat nasty looking girl with the faux locs and glasses was extremely rude! The food was just as disgusting as her attitude. The fries werecold and old the nuggets were old and hard and the burger wasn’t even edible. I wasted my hard earned money! Please instruct the workers on customer service not everyone is okay with being disrespected.
