Great food
Whoever the new manager is at the Wendy’s on colerain across from Dry Ridge. You are doing a great job. The food there is good again and the service is 1000 percent better!

I went for my free veterans breakfast today seeing as i am a US Navy war vet and had to pay because the drivethru worker cant speak English well and didnt have a manager. I also ordered an orange juice but she never rang it up. What a crappy start for a veterans day. :( no thanks to wendys

Me and my sister went to the Wendy’s on colerain to get lunch they sawed it up they gave me my food and drink they didn’t give me my sister food they have bad service and the employees are unprofessional and I don’t know what the heck they are say at all the employees don’t do theirs jobs at all they are slow and rude I won’t ever go back there again

The absolute worst service I have ever received the people at the window can't speak English messed my order up and absolutely refused to fix it if you're going to hire incompetent people at least make sure they can speak

I made a mobile order and when I came to get it, the door was locked and no one was answering the drive-thru or the store phone. I had to go somewhere so I left after sitting around for at least 20 minutes and I came back a few hours later to get a refund because I shouldn’t have to pay for food I couldn’t even access. Finally, someone was at the drive-thru and I asked for a refund for my order earlier. The manager came out and claimed she was there but she had to train someone new and that if I went through the drive-thru she could’ve helped, WHICH I DID THAT AND I SAT THERE IN THE DRIVE THRU FOR SEVERAL MINUTES, Y’ALL CAN CHECK YOUR CAMERAS and no one answered. She took my number and said her district manager or whatever would process the refund in 24 hours. It has been well past 24 hours. Give me my money back!!

Second time I’ve come a bit before 9am and there are Employee cars in the lot, not a single light on inside and no one answers the drive through. If you’re not open, put out a sign.

I went through the drive thru and wanted to try the new "Very Berry" frosty. When I tasted it, it tasted like soap and chemicals. I asked the heavy set light skinned black girl with extremely long braids if the frosty was supposed to taste that way. She said she doesn't eat berries but the other employees think it tastes like yogurt. I asked if the frosty could be replaced or exchanged for something different. She said she couldn't do anything because I tasted it. How am I supposed to know if something is off with the frosty if I didn't taste it. Then the girl at the window told me to pay for a new one instead. So I asked for a manager. The girl at the window said she was the manager. I asked if they tasted the food for quality and she said she doesn't have to taste it because things have expiration dates. I told her that the trucks could malfunction and the food could spoil and you not know immediately if a dairy product has been sitting in heat for a couple hours then rechilled. She proceeds to tell me to pay for the replacement. I looked at her confused and asked... So you could serve me a cleaning solution and there's nothing you could do about it? Then she began to get upset and try to make me purchase a second frosty to replace the soapy one and for the third time I declined. She then tells me it's protocol to make me buy a new one instead replacing or making a new frosty of a different flavor. Then she offered a refund. Why sit in the drive thru for five minutes and tell me there is nothing you can do when you could have offered the refund immediately? The manager that works around 4pm is awful and unprofessional. I wish I read the reviews before I came to this one. I don't know what kind of taste buds the employees have there, but if they could mistake soapy milk sanitizer bucket flavor with an after thought of berry as yogurt.... There's definitely a quality control problem that is being burdened to the customers. Also the fries were cold in my husband's meal and the spicy BBQ nuggets were dry. They looked like they took a half of a sauce cup and tried to make it stretch over all the nuggets. Way to steal from your customers Wendys. I won't be going to this one again.

Had to go in to place order supervisor was outside hanging out,while I'm on the inside trying to place a order No one even tried to take my order a lot of ppl who didn't speak English to take my order were just cleaning the floors and talking on their phones not paying me the( customer) any attention then they finally get the supervisor to come take my order he was very dry and had a attitude and said may I help u I asked his name he told me jack but I don't know if that was really his name he seemed to say it sarcastically but I was so disappointed i just left the store was beyond filthy I barely wanted to touch the door handles to leave smh never again i hope corporate gets a hold to how this place is ranned on the Night shift terrible!!!!

I always asked for the same thing and the same employee was there, so he learned it by heart and I don't even have to talk anymore to ask for the order.I wish the frosty machines were always on.
