The order was out fast 2 burger's good fries were cold and dry threw them out over all bad food

Walked in to non-reactive employees watching the lemonade machine leaking. They were very slow to know how to handle the situation. Took my order after standing there for 10 minutes without even being looked at. Once they took my order, walked away without taking my mom's order. Asked simple questions without them comprehending the question. They took another 10 minutes to take my mom's order only to give her the burger raw inside. The place was dirty and the employees seemed high. Definitely in need of an overhaul of management and employees. Unfortunate!!

They gave me old food , burger was hard , fries seemed like a day old , when I asked for my the girl tells me they aren’t supposed to refund orders , they did give me my refund. I would stay away from this location , they are cooking their combo meals early and leaving them under the heat lamp so they can just chill - someone will end up sick or even worse dead ☠️
Have stopped at this location numerous times. The lobby is always closed. When I asked the staff why they don’t open their lobby. The lady in the drive thru stated they dont want to clean the lobby. See why they are a three star rating. Avoid this location.

Have been through the drive through 3 times at 7 o’clock not even late and got legit ROCK HARD food.. don’t waste your time or money at this Wendy’s, drive down the road for a better service and WARM food.
The front door was locked so I went thru drive thru I got a number one and some other food. My bun was falling apart and the burger was very dry.

Worst location in Cincinnati. They only take one order at a time in the drive through which takes forever. They serve stale buns like they are part of the recipe. This location needs serious help.

the girl at the counter literally did not say a single word when we ordered. got our food and my dip had opened, so i asked for a new one, and they tried to charge me for it.

I would give zero stars if I could. This place is always sooooooo slow, if anyone answers at all. It doesn't even matter what time of day it is. Today, Friday Sept 12 @ 7:40 a.m. There was one van at the window, that's it. I sat there for 10 minutes and no one took my order, the menu was still on dinner from the night before. I left and got my breakfast somewhere else. When I drove by again 5 minutes later, the same van was still sitting at the window. This isn't even the first time this has happened. Absolutely ridiculous. I don't know how this location is still in business.

They finally brought my vanilla frosty back! Yay!
Absolutely the worst wendys ever dude. They made my boyfriend repay for a mobile order he placed because the one person on the staff didn’t know how to do her job. Line was verryyy long. Wait was crazy. Terrible restaurant and our food was STILL COLD.
