if i could i would put 0 stars.
out of cheese, “son of baconator” was a patty and 2 pieces of bacon on a bun, cold fries, sodas were both flat, and had to ask for my sauces 3 times and still was missing some.

I was the only car in the drive thru, waited several minutes only for food to be cold.

Spent over 12 dollars for cold fast food the first time I go to a Wendy's in like a year

I waited over 10 minutes only for the food they brought out to be old and cold.

Then they refused to give me a refund because "the GM wasn't there and has to approve a refund" which is absolutely ridiculous.

I asked for the employee to give me their name on a pice of paper so I could return and let the GM know who I had spoken with in order to get my refund, and he said sure, but then left and never came back to the window. I waited for another 10 minutes before taking off. This is literally the worst run location imaginable

Rock star experience at Wendy’s just now! Super friendly chit chat at the speaker and that continued at the window. They even scanned my app QR code so I get points. Food came out mega fast and everything tasted great. Loved it!

My chicken looked so old and was disgusting. When I asked for it to be remade, the manager in training was so rude. Then the actual manager with hair down to her butt…looked so confused and didn’t help the situation. I give this place a zero

Had an order placed by a customer through Uber Eats, and upon arrival was told that their “system was having issues” and whoever was running the drive-thru then proceeded to take off their headset because, they can’t do the job they signed up for - Leaving me to not be able to do mine. Thanks for the waste of time & income! Do better or get a different job like the rest of us. 👍

The hair…. Looked like super dyed beard hair that was found in food… disgusting. Like the hair had actually crusty hair dye on it…

I think this is the last draw with this location. First they couldn't stay open now the service just suck. I went through the drive thru and order the bacon & egg croissant & sausage & egg croissant. When I opened the bag both were missing the egg. It was literally bacon a croissant. This was prepared by the manager. Maybe if she could focus more on preparing the food correctly instead of yelling at the staff that was clearly doing his job.

Went through got 2 krabby sandwiches 1 LG fry and 10 piece nugget. Sandwiches were made wrong had no lettuce and tomato. Meat was not fresh. Frie was cold. They were also out of chili. Very disappointed

Was just in today and our food was soaked in something so bad that it dropped out of the bottom of the bag and ruined a $100 hoodie. As if that was the worst of it there was also a 3 inch piece of plastic in one of the burgers. We spent about $30 so it's really frustrating to get your food inedible. I really hope Wendy's will make this right.

This place was one of the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to. They had no salads, no baked potatoes, food was average at best. Gnats were everywhere in the bathrooms which makes me think the place needs to shut down for a full scrub down and fumigation. Never again.

Drive thru: Ordered a Medium meal and a Medium frosty. Was charged for a Medium means and frosty. Was given a small drink and small frosty. When questioned staff got rude. This was AFTER they were rude that I dared to wait for my frosty before leaving, despite having ordered and paid for it.

Fries were disgusting, nuggets were hard, and the bun was stale. Horrible location

This place has gotten better in 2024, from 21-23 it was often closed and staffing had a very large turn over rate. But as of today service is fast, little errors in food.
