I would give zero stars if I could. This place is always sooooooo slow, if anyone answers at all. It doesn't even matter what time of day it is. Today, Friday Sept 12 @ 7:40 a.m. There was one van at the window, that's it. I sat there for 10 minutes and no one took my order, the menu was still on dinner from the night before. I left and got my breakfast somewhere else. When I drove by again 5 minutes later, the same van was still sitting at the window. This isn't even the first time this has happened. Absolutely ridiculous. I don't know how this location is still in business.

Absolutely the worst wendys ever dude. They made my boyfriend repay for a mobile order he placed because the one person on the staff didn’t know how to do her job. Line was verryyy long. Wait was crazy. Terrible restaurant and our food was STILL COLD.

Ordered two double cheeseburgers, both were COLD like they were sitting on the shelf or drawer and forgotten about, then just threw in the bag.
This is not the first time I’ve had this experience and have tried multiple times to give them the benefit of the doubt that they were just having a bad day before writing this review. Their food is always way below quality standards, and the employees there have either an attitude or they just do not care.
Either shut the store down, or replace the staff. Nobody who works there appears to really care.
To wait 15 minutes for you to take my order- (after you tell me hold on one minute) when there’s only one vehicle in front of me is insane! Do better!!! Terrible customer service for subpar food.

Observed when employee got outside for smoking, walked back in did not wash her hands, got back directly to the kitchen, and start to place food into customers bags, this is just terrible.
Went through the drive through last night and ordered dinner for my kid. Was given a sandwich that wasn’t even close to what we ordered despite me both verifying it on their prompter AND the person who brought it to the car verbally saying the correct order when it was handed over. My 13 went inside to correct the order (because we practice politely handling these things) and was treated unnecessarily rudely by the grown person working there. My kid was told a she was wrong about her order and request to get the correct sandwich even though we were one of 6ish cars that ordered in that time and she wasn’t the one at the window so how the worker magically knew what we ordered and paid for is beyond me. (News flash she didn’t.) The woman said she would at least put bacon on the sandwich but we were given a second sandwich that wasn’t close to what we ordered and paid for. I ended up going back in this time with the receipt to prove we weren’t lying (which yes I should have sent in with my kid the first time but the fact that the complaint was questioned isn’t my problem… my problem was how my 13 year old was treated by a grown adult). This time the woman who was snarky with my kid wouldn’t even come out from the back to talk to me, because apparently she is only brave enough to get an attitude with children. Instead she made the other workers (who were not rude) deal with me and even ordered one of them to check my receipt - which was accurate in support of our complaint by the way. We were finally given the correct “fast” food 30 minutes later after two sandwiches were trashed because it was incorrect due to errors on their part. However, we won’t be back because of how the “adult” working there chose to behave to my kid. If you do patronize, check your order and take your receipt.
Dining Room not accessible at 10:00 AM even though the sign on the door stated the Dining Room opens at 7:00 AM. Placed my order at the drive-thru, and Lo and Behold, I must have been given someone else's order as I did not at all get what I ordered.
The lady at the window was insanely rude and she stole $4 from my friend and tried to tell me to be more specific when ordering even though i was specific, and they said her name was princess but i think she was lying when they told me, if you come here be wary because they are strange
