Wow. The other reviews that are bad are spot on. Dam. It’s really hard to be this awful. But they surpassed every metric of awfulness. I am in town for work frequently. This Wendy’s. Closes early routinely. Opens late. Food stale. Check. Rude at the window. Check check. Order missing items at drive thru. Check again. I think the only thing this store does right is turn the lights on. Where is the manager commenting on these. It’s atrocious and if I was the owner I’d fire everyone and start over

To be honest this restaurant should be shut down or completely redone with the building and employees.The self serve fountain machine has no ice in it the pop is warm and the machine is disgusting food is like its not even hot or cooked we walked in and an employee was sitting on the counter on the wall by the register on his phone with his coat still hat and hoodie we asked for ice they put like 4 pieces in the cups like they didn't have enough ice

Location is poorly ran stay away from it, Tried to order DoorDash at 11pm for food well before the closing time (12pm) midnight. I waited a whole hour for the food wondering what’s going on with my order. The manger finally calls us to let us know that they are closed. Ridiculous! I’ve been waiting a whole hour and the manger calls us finally at 11:57! The staff were just lazy & didn’t want to make any food for the rest of the night. However we dodged a bullet! DoorDash customer service stated they should have called them & not the customer! & ontop of that. I’ve read the recent reviews which are bad! as you should read them too! Place is a dump. & will be reporting this to corporate. Unacceptable!

The place was filthy, garbage cans overflowing, soda machine dirty... meanwhile all the employees where on their phones or out smoking.. the guy at the counter was actually on his phone while taking orders. Won't be back.

Had good service with the counter. Got a biggie bag but the chicken nuggets looked freezer burnt and didn't fill the fries up all the way. The sandwich was OK. The restaurant was cold on the inside I would say colder than outside witch was 54° at the time so we ended up going and eating in the car. Overall we still got a meal for only $13 that we still could eat. Would have cost a lot more if we went to kroger and bought the stuff to do it at home.

10 am breakfast, go over there for 2 of the 2 for 3's. Potato wedges over done and cold, I asked for a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. No egg no cheese not toasted and cold, I used to work at Wendy's bro that's simple stuff. Dude had an attitude at the window and everything and I wasn't rude at all, he just seemed depressed and didn't wanna be there. I'm sorry bro but I'm a hard worker I came there cause I haven't eaten yet and have been up since 4 busting ass and I get that? Just a little pissed

SKIP THUS DUMP !! Where is the negative stars button...?? This Wendy's is one of the worst I have ever seen. The manager wears earbuds and does not interact with customers for any reason. All of thr condiments, napkins, forks, and other offerings are not put out for customer access. What a poor excuse for a fast food restaurant.
