I placed a mobile order to be picked up. They did not have an item that showed up as available on the app, but instead of refunding me they charged me for something else that I did not order. When I asked for a refund they said that they couldn't do anything about it because it was a mobile order. I called the number they told me to use and have had no resolver. Terrible service!

The seasoned potatoes are amazing! The honey butter biscuits is very sweet, maybe a little too much honey. My only complaint is I'm in my work clothes and the lid does not fit properly, so I spilled it on myself I will definitely go back strictly for the seasoned potatoes!!

Food's good when they get your order right, which is pretty much never. Everytime i go here its either they mess up my order, they mess up the sizing of my drink, forget to give me any utensils or straws, or they give me someone elses food. Its never once been entirely correct. I wanna give them the benefit of the doubt, but really?
Food was warm and tasted as expected. Drive thru moves decently quick and haven’t had any issues on multiple visits.

We went to the drive-thru the food was hot but we're always having to wait on our food and having to pull up but I think it's because of the chicken sandwich I got maybe I don't know seems to happen all the time but they always had their frosting machine working so that's cool and they're always very friendly at the drive-thru

Just ordered from a meal # 1 and a $5 biggie bag and a single. The food took fifteen minutes to get, and when I touched the fries, they were cold. I went in, and no one was at the front counter. I call out for help. No one would come to the front. I could see two employees in the back, but they would not respond. Eventually, I left. I am 62 and have dined at thousands of restaurants. This has been the worst restaurant I have ever been to. The service was awful to the point of nonexistent, and the food was cold and inedible. This place is nasty. Stay away. Go hungry first.
